Wonder if I will get it Friday (ups showed Friday by 9). Even though T-Mobile said 11/24 to 12/1

Have any of you guys had the pending charge drop off your payment method? Mine this just not long ago. I don’t know if this is normal process.
Technically you shouldn’t be charged until the phone is shipping. I had a pending charge the day after I preordered Friday morning. It just dropped off today. T-Mobile app still says order processing. It’ll prolly pop back up Thursday at latest.

True. I feel like it’s hit and miss for most people.

Hello all! So I have been watching MacRumors forums for many years, but admittedly never made an account or posted. Since the iPhone 3G days. I have owned almost every iPhone every year on launch day since then.
Anyways, I have a question, see if anyone had any insight,

I ordered my iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB on launch day, got order confirmation etc.
The question is; I am switching to T-Mobile from Verizon due to the "up to $950" offer.
Now I understand it is depending on which phone you trade in.
I am trading my unlocked Verizon 11 Pro Max 256GB which SHOULD be eligible for that $950 over 30 months.

Then WHY IN THE WORLD would T-Mobile send me the attached email? Saying that they are giving me $521
I am confused.
Also, what would you do!? Should be $950 right? Unless that is a placeholder/before assessment?

I am thinking, after I get the 12 Pro Max in hand I will call T-Mobile and sort this out before actually sending them my 11 Pro Max.

Any thoughts? Did anyone else do this? Or get a similar email with erroneous amount?

Also thinking that maybe they put the trade in as a normal trade. Instead of the $950 over 30 months. Probable gonna have to call them to sort it out. *FacePalm*

I’m sure they did because I noticed the same thing. One of T-Mobile’s emails quoted me ~$200 for my iPhone X when in reality I was told I’d be getting $415. Think it’s auto-generated. Nothing to worry about.

I got bumped up to 11/10-11/12 yesterday and charged overnight. My order on the website says “running”. Any idea what that means?

Did the charge on your account actually go through? Ive had running show before on my order when one of my charges declined, my bank marked it as fraud. I had to call in to have them run it again. It could just be a coincidence too but that’s what mine showed. This was a few pre orders ago, like two years ago or so.

Im still on label created from 11/9 and nothing on tmo page. Ordered 45 min into pre-orders opening. Hope all ia good. My cc was preauthorized for the charge when label was created but charge fell off yesterday.

I had a pre authorized charge immediately after pre order Friday morning. The charge was pending (and still is ) and never fell off. I preordered via phone Friday morning at 8:15 am est
