if it is pre-shipment then you cannot do anything yet. Wait til you have the shipping date and from there you can have the options.(Edited to say, My bad.. T-mobile never sent me anything yet but I saw on my UPS My choice already about my iPhones as "Pre shipmen" and I can already see the options. UPS change everything?? Now , they are charging even you chose to hold your package in an access point locations!)
Great I already selected a access point to have it go to because I got excited and the customer center didn't show up. I guess when it gets its first scan is when the CCs are available to select. Hopefully switching to the CC after my initial delivery change wont mess anything up.
 
It's showing in My Choice but it does not give me any options for a customer center, just places like CVS and the Ups store. I may give them a call to check and see.

Most customer center are closed for pick up due to COVID so there wouldn't be an option. And don't bother choosing pick up from store because that will delay your iPhone for another day or so.

Placed my order at 8am ET last Friday. CC charged, chose in store pickup, and status still says “processing”. What’s up with that?
 
Trying to do the UPS My Choice/FlightAware iPhone Tracker because I'm just that much of a nerd, but my current tracking only says "Label Created."

Feels bad man.
 
Meaning UPS hasn't picked up the packaged yet. Maybe, it will change tonight, since it will be business day in China if these phones are coming directly from there.
 
Ordered on Friday, two Pro's and two Pro Max's (graphite) the Pro's shipped but the Pro Max's are still "processing". Chatted with T-Mobile this morning and they said it's ready for shipping but still no change on the app.

On top of that when I go to "check order status" on tmobile dot com, nothing comes up.

Same for me.
 
Placed my order the minute preorder went live. My CC was charged this morning.. 11/13 can’t come soon enough lol
 
I haven’t upgraded since the 6s. I’m rusty. Is there a better way to transfer data to the new phone besides backing up the old phone on iTunes and connecting the new phone to the computer? I don’t use iCloud

what ios is the 6 on? i believe on ios12.4 and above as long as you have them close by and on the same network you can initiate a wireless data transfer

Personally it's always required signature, so I've always rerouted it to a UPS store. I've never had it delayed by a day, always received launch day. Not sure what kind of packages have the "track a package" live feature, but I've been able to intercept the driver many times doing this as well.
 
Have any of you guys had the pending charge drop off your payment method? Mine this just not long ago. I don’t know if this is normal process.

mine’s still there. probably a pre-auth hold, make sure you have the money in the account if you used a debit card and you should be good
