Got my 12 Pro Max today! Honestly pretty impressed by T-Mobile's 5G speeds in central Florida 
Been watching my UPS driver bounce around my apartment complex for about an hour now, maybe more.
Kinda regret not doing a backup to restore from last night so I could jump right in, but I wanted to get a fresh backup just in case something significant occurred in the intervening 24 hours.

I'm still awaiting (not charged yet) my 21 OCT order that had a ship window of 17-30 NOV for the exact same phone. What is your delivery timeframe?

Yes. UPS usually does business delivery first then ends the day with residential. I got mine shipped to the office. Only down side is I cant transfer data over the work wi-fi.Got it! Pays to have it shipped to a business

Before. Updated to 14.2, transferred data, then called 611 and did the automated sim activation.
There’ve been a couple places around here (Central Florida) where I’ve gotten 40+ up just on LTE.Got my 12 Pro Max today! Honestly pretty impressed by T-Mobile's 5G speeds in central Florida

edit: Realized the weird speed I got was on Wifi. But here’s one just in LTE. Wish I could remember where it was though.

I’m tempted to just go with the Pro Max even though I was trying to stay away from big phones. I don’t want to wait until next month to potentially receive my 12 Pro.
I don't seem to be getting a 5G signal. T-Mobile website says I should have it in my area but I'm only getting LTE. Do I need to activate something specific to enable it?
Yeah I did the change SIM via the website and used the new one. Maybe I just need to go for a drive and see what I get lol.
My 12 Pro Max arrived on my doorstep at 12:30pm! The earliest i’ve EVER received an ordered launch day iPhone!

Where on the site do you do it? I can’t seem to find anything that lends itself to that.
On a desktop go to account, click on your line, and then there’s an option for change SIM. I couldn’t find it on the app only on the desktop version of the site
I’ve been following the UPS driver through the app all day while I’m here at work. They finally delivered to the house so I call my wife so she can get it from the front door and she’s not home. My front lawn and door are pretty much right in the open so needless to say I was a bit pissed. Thankfully when she got home it was still there. Can’t wait to get off of work.
