Placed an order for 2x 12 Pros (both 128gb, one silver, one blue) on 11/17/2020, and it now says estimated ship on 12/26/2020-01/18/2021. Woo boy that's a long wait.

I figure that $830 trade-in offer for an iPhone X can't be beat. And if someone does beat it before this order ships, I can always cancel and re-order.
$830 trade in offer for T-Mobile?

Has anyone got any updates on their $200 loyalty gift card? Last I heard on my end was 6-8 weeks for processing.

Nothing yet. I sent mine in even though I'm less than a month from the 5 year requirement. Just did it to see what they'd do.

Anyone here waiting for T-Mobile to accept your trade in?

I've sent in 2 old iPhones and Assurant has accepted 1 with a confirmation text from T-Mobile but the other one has no notice.

The package arrived to Assurant's Lewisville facility per USPS tracking on 11/30 but no info after.

Hoping to hear back on similar wait times from Assurant.

You can track your trade-in acceptance? How?

I sent two phones in that were delivered on 11/30 but I have yet to hear any news from T-Mobile. However, I have not checked the app since I saw that they were received.

Yup, if you go to the link or page that tracks your new iPhone, you'll be also be able to see the device that you're trading in. It's also the place where you can print the shipping label. When the old phone offer has been accepted, the value will zero out, but you'll still get the monthly credits. This one is from the 1st iPhone I sent in.

Looks like I'm in the same boat as you. Fingers crossed.

My phone that arrived to them on 11/21 was just accepted and approved for credits on 12/6. I received texts for both my $200 loyalty and full $550 that same day.

Thanks for your post. At first I was worried because the accepted value of iPhone 7 Plus updated $0. I already received one credit of $10. Over 30 months I am supposed to receive $300 plus the $200 loyalty. I have only got the text from T-Mobile that my phone was received and being processed. The trade in value was listed as $78 originally.

Thanks for your data point. Was 12/6 past your allotted time to return the phone? Mine ends on 12/12 so I hope it works out.

There sending your phone by USPS? Oh no. You will be waiting for a while. I had a few Christmas orders that I ordered on November 22th and I still haven’t gotten it yet. Called USPS several times and they told me that there experience extreme delays due to COVID and the holiday season. Just have to be patient I guess.

USPS is unfortunately a crapshoot right now. I have a package sitting in my main facility just chilling days late when others have passed through and been delivered! I’m like come on! Between holidays and Covid everything is later than normal. You won’t be penalized if your phone is late because of shipping.

I work at the post office and can honestly say we are understaffed with employees due to COVID, and have seen a big surge in orders placed online than we normally do at this time of the year. I too have packages that are still in transit and we’re supposed to be delivered last week. All I can do is wait and hope they arrive before Christmas. Until you know what we are going through no one can say we are a crapshoot. At least those who have medical supplies delivered are still receiving them with many people receiving them earlier.

Lol well crapshoot was meant to describe just at the sheer volume of things, Covid etc. nothing against those of you who have to work through this. I honestly can’t even imagine!

This is the first year I've traded in a phone when buying a new one. I got $550 for my 11 Pro Max. So I go to T-Mobile's website yesterday and login to my account and see that it says I still owe the full amount. I questioned why and they said it's in your contract. I said what does this mean...it should say I owe $550 and with my $18 payments for 30 months due to the trade-in. So I asked how much to pay the phone off. They said the full price. I said why is this? I traded you an 11 Pro Max to get $550 off the phone so if I want to pay it off I should only have to pay the other half. I told her thank you and I'd just go into a store and talk to them.

Can someone who's done the trade-in before please explain this to me if my thinking is wrong. If someone trades in a phone to get half off and wants to pay off the EIP shortly thereafter should't they only owe the $550?
