T-Mobile might not (certainly doesn’t) have the best service, but they do have the best customer service of the 4 major US wireless providers.
You almost made me spit out my coffee and I’m not even drinking coffee.

Foreign phone support could have its own reality TV show. Completely, utterly, incompetent people answer the phone and ruin your day. In-store service is very good, however.

The trick is to call and say you want to cancel your account. Lol. Customer support is horrible in general these days its like they dont care. When I sold my Iphone 7+ with Applecare the buyer wanted to make sure Applecare was transfered to him correctly it took like four different calls to get it done and the last guy had no issues at all, but the other 3 were worthless. At&t internet/Directv is also horrible especially if you are still under contract. They treat you like crap because they know you arnt going anywhere .

wow. Apple is screwing any T-mobile customer who ordered direct with them. I got my order by 12.16 AM PDT and have a 11/17-11/24 delivery date range.

Not to be mean but you kind of screwed yourself. Apple honestly is the worst place to order a Tmobile phone if your on T-Mobile because you are competing with scalpers and people that want to buy the phone outright without carrier authentication. But I think I saw someone post thiers shipped from Apple.

Order #1 64gb SG completed by 12:45am placed over the phone with 11/2-11/3 estimated shipping date
Order #2 64gb Silver completed by 4:15am t-force on Twitter with 11/2-11-3 estimated shipping date. Yes 4 freaking hours for one order and yes I was pissed after the first 30min of trying to order on one of my lines from cs on phone so went to t-force at 12:30am.
Both orders have labels created for Friday delivery

Are you guys with Jump On Demand contemplating to add insurance now that the prices have been revealed on screen replacements/back glass replacements?
I was able to get it Space Gray 64gb with 0 $down JoD.

I was just looking at that, for extra $12 a month I will get the insurance and Applecare, we have 14 days after placing the order to add it, instead of $96 a month, I will be paying $108, after 4 years with the original leather cases on my iPhones, I can go naked this time with a peace of mind, such a beautiful phone to cover it up.

Well I just got an email from UPS that they cannot deliver my iPhone X to a UPS Access Point location that I picked for pickup due to restriction. They will have to deliver to my home address instead. Which sucks because I don't trust them doing the right thing by knocking at the door or ringing the doorbell at least instead of just leaving a note on my door and leaving without knocking or ringing the doorbell. I guess I can try or risk changing the delivery location to a UPS Hub even though it might delay the delivery date? Or I can just call in sick from work.

Last year I traded in my 6s Plus for my 7 Plus, and due to a mixup with the receiving center my 6s was returned. It went to the wrong address and was handed to some random person on the street outside of the building by UPS. Long story short, I never received the phone, and it took multiple months and phone calls from T-Mobile executive support to finally get my trade in credited. So I completely understand your issues with UPS.

I plan to be home all day on Friday while waiting for them to buzz the intercom in my building.

Ive had a biz account for a year and my dp was $429 + tax on jump for a 256gb.

I think I'm approaching my one year mark as I moved over from ATT last year. Escalated it up to John's office. They got back to me with the same figures. I wouldn't care if they hadn't quoted me the numbers you have.

Might just be easier buying the SIM Free outright when it comes out and continue to sell my old phones as I always have in the past.

Maybe try a UPS Hub instead. The issue with an acess point might be that you are not signing for it. That just my guess.

I order every year via phone, last year was my only year not getting it on launch day as I ordered the jet black plus 128gb. Ordered online this year early and it went smooth took me 2 min to complete order

Did you order through t-mobile or apple? I had multiple issues, either the iphone x didn't show up as an option, or they failed to process my credit card data.. The charge showed up on my cc 11 times (!), but it thrown an error on t-mobile.com every single time even an hour later.

If you did order it over t-mobile.com, then you were lucky, just based on this thread: https://twitter.com/TMobile/status/923788582585638912

Still processing and haven’t been charged yet, should I get worried?

Actually the access point that I picked is a UPS Store! Everytime I pick up a package there, they always make me sign. So this is so confusing and annoying.
Hmmmm. I dont know then. Your getting me worried now. I also like having things held at the hub.

online my X says “Kept on Hold”

on the t-mobile app it says “Running”

i suppose i should call to sort things out.

originally scheduled for 11/03 delivery. had CC fraud alert and had to call tmobile to clear, but customer agent said i should still receive on 11/03. i’m not optimistic...

Anyone have experience with changing their delivery to a UPS Access Point? I just changed it for my iPhone X package that has shipped and when trying to confirm the change in delivery it pushed forward the delivery date from November 3 to November 6. Does changing it the access point usually delay the delivery?

it shouldn’t...i usually change my delivery preferences to pick up at an access point. make sure you choose an access point that is the main delivery center...if it’s a satellite one, it might delay your package...

No it doesn't in my experience. When I pre-ordered the 6s, I had it shipped to my apartment but I changed the delivery mid-way through its delivery to a nearby UPS store and it arrived at the store on the same day. Hope this helps.

That does thanks! I'd rather not have it delivered to the hub here in San Francisco because its way out of the way and I've had bad experiences there.

I was so busy and exhausted that i didn't even think to stay awake to preorder the iPhone X...I was at lunch Friday afternoon and saw that T-Mobile still had November delivery dates...so I ordered a SG 64gb iPhone over the phone at 12:40pm Pacific Time and have a window of 11/10-11/17 :)

It’s JOD. 0 down.
Are you in a state without tax? You should have had to pay taxes up front regardless if not.

Nice! I feel like either very few (in comparison) ordered from T-Mobile or they were able to secure a ton of devices. Or s little of both.
