Right. I got that email too -- no ship date on mine though. Just gives me a link to check on ship date.
Ordered right before 12, oddly enough the TMO site was/is working better then this site. I got shipping Nov 2-3. I think I got the same when I did the 7+ and got it launch day. Hope it works out that way this time too. No text about shipping delays like others got. 256gb silver.

How’d you get overnight? I didn’t get that option. I’m at 5-7 days, that’s all I could select online.
It says 2nd -3rd online when I check after receiving the text of doom. Sorry, tired.
Here is my confirmation. I got it at 636, almost 3 full hours later.

Right. I got the same email but there is nothing under the delivery header in mine. It just goes straight to the legal fine print info.
I ordered through Apple at 3:10am with shipping estimate 2-3 weeks out nov17-24.
How is T-Mobile hours later still shipping nov 3. I’m tempted to place an order through T-Mobile. What if they both ship though. Can I cancel T-Mobile or return T-Mobile one?

Luckily I’m interested in the silver 64GB, seems to be the least popular. Love the Oreo design.
No idea. I just ordered my 64GB silver and it’s scheduled to come November 2nd -3rd. I’m hesitant to believe T-Mobile at this point, but hopefully that’s the day it arrives!
So I’m assuming the majority of you with successful orders got them over the phone with a T-Mobile rep?
Last night at 3am Eastern I tried first to order a T-Mobile iPhone X via the Apple Store but at 3:05am the ship dates were already slipping to November 15-17. I also noticed there were no sim free options at the Apple Store and no way of starting a new Apple Upgrade Program. It seemed you could only get a phone online if you already had any existing carrier account.
Then I switched over to the t-mobile app and was able to navigate through all of the prompts until getting to the phone selections I can only see iPhone 8 and iPhone 7 options to choose. No iphone X options at all. This happens on both the app and the website when I’m logged in.
Did anyone run into this as well? I guess I missed my chance due to all these weird ways of trying to purchase the iPhone. It seems there’s all these terms and conditions to be able to get an iPhone X under their IUP and when I try at T-Mobile I was met with technical difficulties.
It sounds like I should have just called in to t-Mobile and probably had the best chance.
This year I decided I was going to get the Google Pixel 2 XL and the iPhone X and return whichever I decide not to use. I gotta say it was so much easier and straightforward to purchase the google Phone on their financing plan. Just straightforward despite launch demand.

I have a 256GB Silver from Apple's website with the 1-2 week. I just placed an order through T-Mobile's website which estimated the 3rd - 10th. (I'm hesitant to believe it) If T-Mobile ships, then i will indeed cancel my order through Apple. If it is the reverse, i have no clue how to cancel an order made through T-Mobile
I am pretty mad about the charges for JOD. I was told when I called in earlier that it would be fine and then I never got an answer as to why (with an 800+ credit score) I was charged. Must be because of the 3 year thing, but that is BS.
And I take it you placed your order as soon as it went live?

i received the same thing and received and signed my forms about 10 mins before you...hopefully it is just standard process on their part and we still get our phones on the 3rd.
From experience, I have received a text very similar to that in the past with previous pre orders. Both happened to come right on release date.
This should tell you right away that the T-mobile dates are not going to be met.
Sorry to burst everyones bubble but prepare, they will slip there just aren't enough. Apple.com and Apple Store App was a hosed mess, the demand must've been through the roof.
If you pre-ordered from a carrier, hours after it went live, and you believe that launch day date I am sorry for your hopes come next Friday.
