I received my igone mobile case, the wallet one that looks similar to the piel frama. It looks very nice and has a classy look to it, but the freakin credit cards dont fit:p

No way to carry keys either, so...

nupocket with video ipod sleeve works great if i need to carry everything in one thing

igonemobile is a nice alternative to the expense of piel frama, and works for classier occasions, but carries minimal wallet stuff...

pics to come soon....:apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple:

Marware Sidwinder @ Apple Store

I finally found a combination I'm content with. I have covered my iPhone with a BestSkinsEver kit, and its adds a great tactile feeling to the iPhone. I do not like adding bulk to my iPhone, I've always been a fan holsters. One of my fears of using a holster though was it slipping out of my hand and taking a nasty fall to the concrete.

The Marware Sidewinder is the best holster that I've purchased for my iPhone, and I've tried them all. Marware is greatly known for their durable belt clips, which I have the great ability of breaking for accidently sitting down wrong; I no longer have to worry about that because the nub portion that sits in the belt clip is not cheaply put on. It rotates 360 degrees, and it feels best for me when it is horizontal. The entire case has a great rubber feeling, so you get the sturdiness as well as added grip to the unit. The phone can be either taken out of the holster easily, or you can unclip it from the belt clip and use it while it is seated. The case holds on the phone tightly, but smoothly moves from under the holster clip with assistance.

You can also face the iPhone inwards to add more protection to the screen, which I always do. Another feature that I love about this holster is the retracting cord management slider. As you can see in the pictures, you can also hold your Apple Bluetooth Earpiece in a groove that specified for just that purpose. I don't use this feature too often, but I do use it when I'm expecting a call, and amazingly, it does a great job of holding onto the earpiece. It has not slipped out, but I do occasionally check it and make sure its placed back into a tight position.

If I ever want to watch movies while sitting down a table, you simply clip it to the beltclip upside down, and it'll act as a horizontal stand for the iPhone. Whenever I take out the phone from the holster, the added grip from the BSE ensures that it won't slip out from my hand that easily.

I do not use this when I'm working out though, I use the InCase sport armband with optional handstrap.

I am very happy with my setup

Awesome pics man! Definently made me consider getting a Sidewinder....BUT, from what I've read about it, when it's clipped to your waist, it tends to stick out a bit too far....So, could you please take and post a profile picture (pic from the side with the iPhone in the Sidewinder)? Thanks!

I am currently using this:

That's the one I'm using as well. It works well on my hip, but mostly it's just a great all-around fit and excellent protection for the phone.

BestSkinsEver is probably the best case I've found, I had an incase black rubber one, but that one stretches easily.

Yeah ive pretty much scrapped my incase rubber scratchup thingy. Im pretty good right now with my igonemobile wallet case for when I only need my phone, ID, 1 CC and a 20 spot for good measure (although im very curious about the piel frama wallet cases, anyone get one yet?) and my nupocket wallet case, with which I can carry EVERYTHING, phone with ipod video sleeve over it, CC's, ID, cash, keys change etc.

I also use the best skins ever, which is nice.

All together I like my setup:apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple::apple:

I am really liking the ultra slim pouch by sena because I like the look of the naked phone itself but want some protection when I am carrying it (seeing that it already survived two falls with some scratches on the back I don't want it looking like i threw it down a waterfall after two years). The sena case looks great but I can't decide between white of black. Any suggestions?

I'm using the leather casemate that u can get at the att store. I like how it protects the whole iPhone.

How long did it take to stretch? I've had mine for 2 weeks with no problems.

Mine took about 2 weeks to stretch out, and now almost slides out too easily. The shiny bezel is all scratched up now. I loved the case when I first got it -- it was very snug -- now I'm looking to replace it. $30 for two weeks of use and scratches to the bezel -- I wouldn't recommend this case.

I just ordered the Marware equivalent. Will be very similar I think. I like this style case because it offers good protection but when you actually USE the phone you can use the phone without it being covered in silicone, arcylic, etc. The phone is so solid and nice looking that I'd hate for it to be surrounded in silicone. Of course, I'm sure for the way some people use their phones, a case like that makes sense.

This is totally different from my nano, which is all wrapped up in an iSkin duo with belt clip. Two different use cases. (no pun intended!) My nano goes to the gym frequently so i never really want it exposed to sweat and other elements.

I've been using my iSkin Revo for about a week-ish now, and I love it. It doesn't appear to have the same stretching problems that the InCase leather one has, and the visor is really handy so the screen doesn't come into contact with anything bad if it's somehow in my pocket with other stuff.

Does the iPhone fit into the dock with the iSkin Revo on?

Wife and I use the Oakley-branded sunglass cloth cases and they work great (link is to generic brand).

Works great if all you wanna do is protect your iPhone when not in use. It is slim enough to slip in to my pant pocket, or put it in my wife's small purse as well.

I also would NOT recommend the incase rubber case. I had mine for less than a week..scratched up the chrome while my b/f with no case still had no scratches. I was very P-Oed about this... still trying to find the best case, but that is definitely not it.

I still love my iQase SiDE, but they are not for everyone

I have a similar one for my Moto RAZR, and absolutely love it. When I picked up the iPhone, all they had at the Apple store would be what I'd call skins, not something that really clipped to my belt and protected the face of the phone. Most of them seemed obsessed displaying the iphone facec outward and upright, and not covering it at all.

I ended up with the one case that seemed like it would at least offer good protection, this one:

http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore.woa/wa/RSLID?mco=DD5719D7&nplm=TN556LL/A

It at least offers protection, and can be worn with the iphone sideways, which is much more comfortable. After a month of daily use, though, the elastic is a little loose, and I'm starting to worry that in another month the iphone will easily slip out.

I might be getting a new one like this instead, and use my existing case as a pocket case when I just run somewhere quickly, instead of being at work with my pockets full.

iSkin Revo

i just received my iSkin Revo (nighthawk) today and it is pretty nice.. the 'visor' is not very purposeful if you put the privacy protective cover on the screen.. ive only had it on a few hrs so far but its pretty nice.. very snug and doesn't make it feel any bigger/heavier than it already is. i still have a bubble or 2 under my privacy cover that i need to work out but so far so good! i've already been lucky to survive 2 iPhone drops... both were from knee height though (got 1 or 2 dings on the back, and a tiiiny scratch on the glass :( ) anyway this new cover covers up all the dings!
