Mother's used to have a wheel polish that was very versatile. Back when they sold it, I used it to polish watch bracelets and rings.

Why would you want ceramics on a $50-60k sports sedan?
I wouldn't. I'm asking you if Audi offer it or offered it. The RS3 comes with front ceramics. BMW offers M ceramics for all their M cars except the M2, IIRC. Just think it's a bit silly for most people.

Yes, RS, not S.

S4 is comparable to C43/340xi, not M3/C63. RS4 competes with AMG/M models and comes with optional ceramics.

Oh, yeah, that's right. Keep forgetting that. The S is similar to M-Sport, but not actual M, right? And the S-Line is not the actual S, but merely a cosmetic package, right?

Right. S-Line is the cosmetic package, S4 is the sport performance Audi, and RS is the RennSport (racing) performance Audi from Audi Sport. S models tend to just be A models with larger engines but their tiers matchup (So A4 P+ is the S4 P+ with a smaller engine). RS models are usually missing convenience/luxury features to save weight. For example, the RS3 doesn't have memory seats. Both S and RS usually have the sport package.

Basically
A4 ultra = 320i
A4 quattro = 330i (formerly 328i)
S4 = 340i (formerly 335i)
RS4 = M3

Speaking of the 3, the new G platform one is soon to land. Especially if the rumors of 340 (345) are to be believed. Supposedly going to push high 300s on paper, so who knows about actual figures. The next generation M3 will see a sizeable power increase, too.

Down in Fort Meyers currently, clean Red 1966 Ford Thunderbird parked in the stall next to me. You have to appreciate the old school look in the midst of all these modern cars with So much tech these days. I never cared for Thunderbirds, but this specific model has a nice stance and everything appeared original.

I've lost count of the number of times in this thread where you've said "I don't care for x but I like this one."

You seem to have a great amount of ignorance of classic cars, but invariably seem to like examples that you see in the flesh if your posts are indication.

Perhaps it would serve you well to actually educate yourself on classics before universally dismissing them-as you seem to frequently do.

Adams sent me a bunch of free product a while back, they were shooting cars for marketing material, pre-Mustang.

We're headed to Universal (yes, again, #3 this year :D), but part of it, is a big Mustang cruise-in at Ace Cafe in Orlando on Saturday, so driving the GT instead of the RT (I love saying, that, hahaha ...) should be pretty fun.

http://www.acecafeusa.com/meets-events

It was fun! Great bunch of people, I got there for the last hour, so a few folks had already split (it was _hot_). The Ace is very cool, lots of good eats and drinks, huge place, multiple levels, biker gear, cars, massive TVs, recommended if you're in the area, and just check out the cruise-in schedule.

I can post of a few pics later, I didn't take a ton, by the time I parked, talked, got out of the heat for a few and decided to snap some, things had started clearing out.

FWIW, even though this was a Mustang cruise-in ... no pedestrians were harmed :p

The MG is a classic I have always liked.
As is the 911.
A classic Aston Martin.

But if I could only choose one? An e-type would be right at the top of the list!

Oh lord that body kit and bagged Mustang is an eyesore.

The white one? The execution is actually really solid even if it's not my style.

Obviously with an air suspension, he's got it dropped for the show/fun (he raised it to his normal cruising height, looked good). It has a 750HP+ Whipple install, that's been powder coated white to match the car, the vents (or "vents") I've never been a fan of, but like I said, some design choices I wouldn't make, but done well.

Some beautiful classic there:

This beast parked next me (my GT looks like a toy ...) while I was waiting for my to go wings (they were awesome), couple got out, ogled my car for like 15 minutes :D

Not my style. I don't mind air suspension it's the bodykit. The black Mustang next to it is gorgeous, though. Yeah, that truck is ridiculously huge even without the spacers and bigger wheels and lift kit. The new Ford trucks are really nice to drive. Speaking of wings, I've been craving them for weeks.

Quagmire, I didn’t have the opportunity to drive it (Almost Looks just like Quags with the wheels), it was my colleagues rental car SS, (They arrived yesterday for the second part of the trip). However, I did got to drive.. in it. Way to much traffic down here to ‘Push’ it, but the 6.2 LT1 is a strong Motor. From what I could tell, it was very responsive.

This particular rental SS was abused though, wheels had curb rash and the paint was badly swirled from improper washes. Nice car though.

Side Note: My neighbor at the adjacent condo has an SRT Charger that he offered to let me drive tomorrow. Now its vacation from here on out and they are touring the area more in depth for me, as myself and another partner are considering [Actually finalizing] purchasing our first timeshare investment in Fort Myers. Definitely coming here next year for vacation, as this is my second time here, the car seen down here is very much different from where I am.

Speaking of SRT:

Appears Dodge released the pricing for the Hellcat Redeye.

Approximately as follows:

Hellcat Redeye: $69,000
[The Widebody option is *additional* $6,000]

Regular Hellcat=$58,000

RT Scat Pack= $39,000

So my thoughts are the Hellcat Demon is going to retain its value or even go up, especially being they are now discontinued in production.

What do you mean? Recant or recount? I tell that story whenever someone brings up buying a diesel SUV.
Recount. Blame Dragon for that error. LR offers a diesel in the US, don't they? Though, I'm not sure if that's a good idea. I don't know how reliable the new cars are. Has the 540d XDrive arrived stateside yet? I loved the new 5 series when I test drove it. I think you'd find really good resale on that with it being AWD and a diesel.

The E is nice, too, but in terms of what would be more fun to drive, I'd side with the BMW. Though the new A6 is due to come out in 2019, IIRC. @AutoUnion39 feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Honestly, after seeing what Audi did with the A8, I'd suggest waiting to see what they do with the A6. I'm more impressed by the safety features and general comfort of the A8 than I am with the S or the BMW 7. The S is old at this point. The BMW came out, what, 2 years ago? Of course the A8 is going to be better, but it's better because it offers usable tech that actually helps you as the driver.

Now, I must go and repent my sins for worshipping Audi.

@D.T. Damn it, you took my joke away with your pre-emptive comment. :( Glad you guys had fun and no blood was seen.

Wouldn't every man?

300sl Gullwing. Loved that car since I was a kid and my parents bought me a die cast model as a toy.

Finally ordered my Dashcam. Got them to do the fitting though. I'm a stickler for a smart interior. I couldn't let those clowns at Halfords do it, even if their fitting was £100 cheaper.

BlackVue D750S 2 CH. Made a saving as they have announced the D900 series, but I don't need the extra features.
