I picked up an 11.6" 4GB x 128GB MBA last week and it is the best notebook I've ever had! Love it!
Has now shipped, estimated changed to 12th of August, tomorrow! Awesome shipping

MBA shipping times
I ordered an 11" 128GB MBA on Monday evening (8PM), Aug. 8, for shipment to Buffalo, NY, USA. The Apple store site showed a expected delivery of Monday, Aug. 15, one week later. I got a shipment notification the next morning, Tuesday. The FedEx tracking site now showed a scheduled delivery of Tuesday, Aug. 16. Below is the full tracking list (All times are Buffalo times). Actual delivery took place today, Thursday Aug. 11, three days after ordering it! So don't worry too much about long delivery times, I think those are "worst case scenarios"!

After much debate & New convert!
So after much debate over the 2011 13" MBP and the recent 2011 13" MBA I finally bit the bullet and went to my Best Buy today and bought my first ever Mac, a 13/i5/128 MBA. Bought it for 1239.99 +tax and also got a free $100 Best Buy gift card and interest free 18month financing!

I know, I missed out on that!
But also I didn't want to have to wait another week to a month for a laptop. This is my first ever Mac and it is definitely an upgrade from my old windows pc so I'm definitely happy about my new toy! Congrats on yours and enjoy it!

Hey guys, quick question.
I ordered a Macbook air from the Apple store online, and it's supposed to be delivered today. The package's tracking status said: "delivered" but I went to check my concierge and they said they didn't receive it.
I called UPS and they say it got delivered to the wrong address. Some dude called 'Joey' signed off on it and got it (Joey if you're reading this, return my MBA!).
However, after 15 minutes of the "delivered" status, the package got a new 'destination scan'. So either, Joey has it now OR Joey returned it to the driver and he's on his way, delivering it to me.
UPS is unsure and is following up on the case - they are trying to get hold of the driver.
I don't mind waiting a bit longer as long as I recieve my package, although, I am upset and a bit disappointed at UPS because I've been waiting forever for this. But my question is, what if Joey opened the box/package??? I'm worried. Any thoughts?
