Anyone who has purchased a Mac via education store in the previous 14 days can call apple for the $100/£70 app card. Due to the return policy they are honouring up to 14 days prior to 1st July.
Just phoned and spoken to Michelle Randall, very nice chat about everything, even how i now keep tapping my works pc trackpad after using my macbook!! She also emailed me from her personal email account (@apple) to confirm the code is on its way and said if needed to ask here anything just reply.

What was your config?
I ordered an 13"/i7/8gb/256gb MBA on Monday evening (8PM), July 1, for shipment to Albuquerque, NM, USA.
The Apple store site shows an expected delivery of Monday, July 8 to Wed, July 10. The FedEx tracking site now shows a scheduled delivery of Monday as well.
Below is the tracking list so far...all times are set for Mountain Time, US.

Wow, I'm really impressed as well. I ordered yesterday at about 1PM, and now I see it's scheduled to arrive tomorrow or Friday here in Toronto, ON, Canada.

Mine arrived today, a full two days early! the delivery date changed this morning and by lunch time it had arrived. Using it constantly from around 6:30pm till gone midnight, still 7 hours estimated battery left. As a first time mac owner i couldn't be happier Hope you guys don't have to wait long for yours to arrive!

So far i am very impressed with it. It runs WoW on fair settings around 70-90 fps. I develop games in unity and i have never seen any type of slowdown. Maya runs great as well. Generating light maps and rendering audio files in logic take a bit longer than my 27" iMac, but is not unbearable. This generation of MBA's are way ahead of the previous generation in the the graphics, add, and battery life categories.

Ordered MacBook Air i5 8GB 128SSD on Tuesday at 6pm, gift card has shipped but not macbook, expected delivery date is July 9-11th
Got the shipment notification overnight - expected delivery per both Apple and FedEx is 7/10.
YAY! I just purchased my very first MacBook Air! This will be a much needed replacement for my 2008 white macbook. Ordered an 11 inch i7/8 gig/256 model. It says it should be available for pick up on July 16th, I can't wait!!! The 11 inch will be perfect for travel and in the kitchen. So happy to finally get a new lappy!
My FedEx tracking went from showing China to Memphis TN. Skipped Alaska. Show delivery on Monday but I am betting that it will be I my hometown Friday am and out for delivery on Friday.

Does anyone know if FedEx provides tracking updates on the 4th of July? (holiday in the U.S.)
I'm combing the FedEx website for an answer but can't find anything. I don't know if my MBA is still sitting in Shanghai. As far as I can tell, though, FlightAware shows FedEx flights continuing to Anchorage and Memphis from Shanghai on the 4th.
I'm such an impatient dude.
