I'm with mr big feet on this one! I've been part of iPhone/iPad threads this year!!!

Why did they merge these threads?

Has anyone elses ups page not have an estimated delivery anymore??? Apple site says 28th

Still waiting - Ordered 9:59 GMT Friday :( Hope it will be shipped today, would really like to play with it in the weekend. And also I need to play Minecraft ASAP!!!!!!!!!!! :p

But I guess this wait will be easier than the MBP i5 wait, that was horrible lol, no flights for two weeks or so.

My Apple page says:
Estimated Shipping: 2 - 4 Business days
Estimated Delivery: 29 Oct, 2010 - 03 Nov, 2010

My Origin is Denmark Europe. 1.86GHZ / 4GB / 128GB

I waited in line for an iPad (for my brother). That was pretty exciting! This is kinda the same for me as I listen to stories and talk with peers.

It too is my first tracking thread experience. Fun. I wonder if I will eve be this excited again? I've waited so long for a pb12 replacement (since regretting buying a 17inch at the time) that I can't believe it's finally here. The 13 inch was close to what I thought was great but back then, it was plastic. Still yearned for something smaller and 16:9. The 11 inch is a long awaited dream.!!

Anyhow, hope my reseller in Toronto gets it soon!!

The plane from ANCHORAGE landed Oakland airport. :D

Come on fedex, SF is right across the bay bridge. Deliver my Air real soon, like tomorrow instead of Thursday!

Mine just got to Indianapolis.

Even though it's showing up for delivery until Thursday the 28th, I just spoke to a FedEx representative to ask them to hold it at my local FedEx location and they told me that I can pick it up tomorrow at 8AM, so it's two days early for me.

I'm a very happy camper!

So did mine : / That means I probably won't get it until the 27th at the absolute earliest :(

At least I know Apple will automatically refund my expedited shipping charge in about 2 weeks. I'll get the email saying something like "We noticed your package arrived late..." That happened with my monitors I bought as well as my AppleTV.

Mine just changed to Prepared for shipment!!! :D

Weird, it only shows prepared for shipment on Apple US Store, not in my local Danish store

Mine is almost the same like yours (ordered Friday).
Ships by: 3 business days (status - not shipped yet)
Estimated Delivery by: 29/10/2010 - 02/11/2010

If I receive "Not yet shipped" status by this Friday, I will cancel my order and just buy from the Apple retailer here (but standard config)....arghh!:mad:

I should have ordered a standard CPU instead.:mad:

Will do.

It's a perfect solution, great size to carry around (11.6), then plug in for document/photo/webpage editing. Let's face it most of us have screens all over the place these days which are available to hook up to.
