one question guys, i bought a new 13" mbp yesterday which comes with 120g and 2g ram and the first thing i do is to charge it overnight before first time using it. On the other hand, I also bought a new 7200 rpm 500g hdd. Can i switch it right away after the battery is fully charged or i have to switch the comp. on and go through all the registration first?

Nah. It'll probably get there in time. FedEx is usually pretty quick one it clears customs.
Well, just tonight I finished purchasing a 2.8 ghz 15" uMBP and a 32 gb iPhone 3Gs. Holy ****. I am stoked as hell and terrified at the same time.

Got my 13" MBP at victoria gardens in rancho cucamonga California last night.
Service was ok, guy forgot to give me my student discount, which led to a 15 min delay, and confusion of which receipt to submit. Called apple and they said use the first one, but the site wouldnt take it, so i used the refund receipt and everything for my free ipod seems fine now.
I have a 9C9F screen? i forgot the exact model, it looks amazing, waaaayy better than the first gen. I had a Problem connecting to my Fios Westell router and D-link at work, but i ran the diagnostic and its fine now.
So happy i returned my $700 gateway p7805u FX, i do miss that 1gb Nvidia 9800 gts though haha

it says mine was never in alaska... i dont know why it would be... maybe because i bought a stock model... did you customize your macbook?

My SSD order says it'll ship on the 24th, I ordered it last night. So I guess 1-2 weeks means 2 weeks in my case.
You're not alone, me too. I got the 2.53 Ghz with 128 SSD and my delivery date is June 26. It's all good. The free iPod Touch is being delivered tomorrow.
yay, it came! i just finished installing a 500gb 7200rpm hard drive in my new 13" macbook! talk about fast. i ordered it at 4pm PST on June 8 and received it today (June 11). I selected standard shipping, but i noticed that my order said FedEx 2-day shipping - still at no charge. Happy happy!
p.s. the free ipod touch is really nice too!

So you didn't BTO though eh? Good news nonetheless. I ordered normal shipping Tuesday June 9th and my iPod Touch got here today (Thursday), a day ahead of schedule. Just checked and my BTO changed to shipped! Hopefully it'll be on the quick delivery side of things too. In the meantime, I'm having a blast with my fancy new mini-computer iPod!

I placed an order for the 2.26GHZ 13" MBP, 8GB iPod touch and AppleCare yesterday morning. They have already been shipped to the local warehouse, and when I checked this morning they were already "out for delivery". So looks like my order will arrive today! Unfortunately, if it doesn't arrive before 7:45, i'll have left for work. Ah well, at least I can pick it up tomorrow morning. Really impressed with the speed.
I bought it to accompany/replace my 20" iMac. I wanted the portability but am not sure if I will be able to handle the smaller screen. But i fully intend to get it connected to my 26" Samsung LCD TV so that shouldn't be a problem for films etc.
