Hey thanks for responding, the only thing I added to my order was the remote and mini display to DVI adapter. That's all.

Hmmm... that's very peculiar that it would take that long to throw those two things in the box... I'd give Apple a ring and see what the hold up is... it should not have taken this long.

Still no change. An entire wasted business day just sitting at my airport apparently waiting to clear customs according to 1-800-gofedex. What the hell?! It's not a sketchy container from Pyongyang! I don't know if I should be mad at Canada Customs or FedEx but this sucks. Definately would've just upgraded myself if I knew how crappy this would be.

haha judging by the Simpons episodes and a few movies i have seen apparently its very easy to get into Canada because their customs are forgiving  apparently it isnt true!

Package Tracker says my MBP is through customs and released for delivery as of 11:47 this morning from Alaska. Fedex still says it is in transit from China. Since it is supposed to be 2-3 days shipping, what are the odds it makes it to Charleston by tomorrow? Wednesday? Fedex still says Thursday. I don't think it will make it to Memphis tonight and here tomorrow morning, but if it does they can keep their $15 for shipping. :p

I don't get why Package Tracker lite is showing more detail, and I also still have no idea where my MBP is.
At least I now know its not on an island with Tom Hanks being used as a mirror... :D

i really need it by the 25th

I ordered mine Tuesday and it's, also, still in China... I'm rippin' mad.

Just called Apple, not about the delivery confusion between the site and the app, but I asked them about that anyway. They said the FedEx page doesn't always update like it should, but she looked at my order and confirmed that it indeed was in Alaska... which is where it will stay for awhile while it goes through customs.

Do you think she would be able to tell me if they will get it to me by the FedEx date or if they are just scewing with me? This is BY FAR the worst shipping experience I've ever had and I've had at least 3 computers from other manufacturers that shipped from China and NONE have taken this long.

Just picked my 13" MBP from a retail store and the y gave me a $150 discount instead of just a 100.:p

Hmm curious...TrackerLite just updated with an entry 'Package Status'. Kind of vague but I assume that means cleared customs. Hopefully they actually do something with it tomorrow.

Just got off the phone with FedEx... their international office is closed for the night... figures... they told me to call back in the morning... hopefully I won't have to.

I got mine. The screw just below the power button fell right out because the hole in the unibody is stripped out (looks like they tightened it too much when they installed my 320GB 7200RPM). I'm very disappointed and quite exasperated. Now I only have to wait two more weeks to get this fixed.
