Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but a quick tip if you have problems loading a web page whilst using a content blocker you can hold down the reload button and it will give you the option to reload the page without the content blocker.

So far Admop is the fastest and most reliable at blocking, but it lacks whitelisting which is a BIG no as not all adverts and sites are bad. I want to choose who I support.

Ad-blocker for Safari is also crazy fast, has whitelisting but does not handle all adverts and white space. T3 gadgets still leaves some adverts for example.

Crystal - breaks more than it fixes

Purify - too slow

Safari Blocker (Free) by Luke Li is out.

Can someone tell me what's their blocklist version on Crystal? I am on 6 but I thought I've seen something different elsewhere.

Soon there will be Adblock Plus and Ad-Guard in the App Store.
Ad-Guard for PC is one of the best out there... we will see.

Thank you, I didn't know that :)

The review for Adblock-Multi has been posted.

Edited to add: I have made an addendum and correction to the review noting the developer's Facebook page for contact and support. It is also found in the app under settings > learn more.

purify is not loading macrumors.com (crystal is)... have the wars begun?
Indeed ... say it ain't so. But apparently it is.

So I'll constrain myself from using MacRumors until it's fixed. One way or the other.
