and homesharing (again) seems to be broken on 9.1 (works great on iOS 9.0, A good reason to down grade)

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but a quick tip if you have problems loading a web page whilst using a content blocker you can hold down the reload button and it will give you the option to reload the page without the content blocker.
AdBlock Plus explains on their site that they do take money to whitelist ads but they will still disable those paid whitlisted ads by unchecking the box that allows non obtrusive ads.
Best free adblock please?
They are not selling anything to the advertisers. Ther advertisers are paying adblock plus to whitelist their ads and at the same time, adblock plus gives the user the option to still block those whitelisted ads. None of our info is being sold to anyone.Yeah, but the point is that they are selling information gathered from their users. Even if they are giving you (at this time) the option to say “please block all, I’m not interested in how your business model works” they will continue to collect —and sell— data and at some point in the near future it won’t be necessary anymore to ask such stupid questions. Your data will be in the hands of companies where it shouldn’t be.
Not that I'm a big fan of Adblock Plus, but you are probably confusing this with Ghostery and their "Ghostrank" system (which is voluntary on an opt-in basis though). To my knowledge Adblock Plus neither collects nor sells any information about their users.Yeah, but the point is that they are selling information gathered from their users.

They aren't collecting anything from users. Where did you get this from?Well, I can’t prove this wrong.
But, as I already said, companies that are collecting data and are already making their living of that data, are very likely to not bother where they sell the data to, when it comes to selling.
For those who have been asking, I am currently working on a review of the full version of 1Blocker. It will be posted later on today.

Methinks you should stop now before you damage your credibility furtherIf they are not collecting from users, where are they collecting from? Their contracts with advertising companies are based on what data?

I have no authority here, I just don't think there's enough room in your mouth for both of your feet.If you say so … I’ll obey to your authority.
Nice. This demonstrates the value of detailed configurability. 1Blocker seems the best in this regard so far.FYI I am using 1Blocker
I turned on all the custom options.
And found it was blocking macrumors.com
I looked at the macrumors.com page source and found '.google-analytics.com/ga.js';
I turned off the specific rule under the "Block Trackers" tab and now macrumors.com working OK

So far Admop is the fastest and most reliable at blocking, but it lacks whitelisting which is a BIG no as not all adverts and sites are bad. I want to choose who I support.
Ad-blocker for Safari is also crazy fast, has whitelisting but does not handle all adverts and white space. T3 gadgets still leaves some adverts for example.
Crystal - breaks more than it fixes
Purify - too slow
The review for Adblock-Multi has been posted.
Edited to add: I have made an addendum and correction to the review noting the developer's Facebook page for contact and support. It is also found in the app under settings > learn more.
purify is not loading macrumors.com (crystal is)... have the wars begun?
