Thanks, I went through the old merged file (page 59 on) and had a few laughs. They went through what we are going through. I feel better. It seems it might be FedEx all the way.
BTW, while reading I picked up on the fact that many people had problems similar to yours but they were surprised when they got their shipment on time. Hopefully yours will come very soon.

I do believe my companies corporate contact when he states there is no delivery date and wont be until sender changes it.
But one thing i learned and going to chalk this up to stupidity on my part is trying to be nice to Apple on the phone
I called them about an hour ago and requested to talk to a supervisor, and it was like i wanted to have a meeting with the president of the usa.
I got a call back after 30 minutes or so. And explained the issues i am having with them and shipping. And i was vey polite and calm.
He said "sorry the initial support person couldn't help me but they can only refund my shipping , if i had pad for it" and they could have worded it better.
Now for the best part, i asked is there anything he can do, and he said no, since it wasn't expedited shipping, he can't do anything until 10 days from the promised ship date of may 7th.
So i said,, ok fine,, and said i wasn't happy with the service i was getting for sales support , and it gives me the impression that thier product support would be the same.
I politely asked for a RMA (return authorization) since i prefer not to own a product that cost over 600 dollars that the vendor wont support.
He said he is very sorry I am having such a bad first experience with apple and gladly gave me an RMA and mailed it to me. I said thanks. dumb move.
After he gave it to me and mailed me it ,, he said it is valid for 14 days from date of issue or date of receipt of product. Which ever comes first. I said what???
And he said that is the policy and if i don't ship it with in 14 calender days, it will be rejected and no refund. and will not be shipped back until i give them a second charge authorization to ship it back. So i said wait, and he said he cant undo the RMA request. click,.. he is laughing at me i bet
So i guess i am screwed lol,,, i was nice,, and i will have to write this 600 plus bucks off.. But i learned i wont deal with apple again.. when my iphones contracts expire with at&t google phone here i come
i am not mad,, just a better educated consumer.. dont assume apple cares after your CC has been cleared..
