About 3:00 this afternoon I was carping that I wanted my 3G iPad. About 5 minutes later my wife said "Steve must be listening."

I looked at her, "Steve who?"

"Jobs" she said and handed my the MacBook.

I had just received an email 'Your Order has Shipped'.

My 64GB 3G iPad shipped this afternoon, for delivery on Wednesday, tracking number and everything. Thank you Steve.

32GB 3G. Ordered Apr 20, 2010 at 12:54 PM PDT.

CC was charged today, status shifted to "Prepared to ship".

Guess it is time to buy a case for it, so I will get one before it arrives. Time to head back to the iPad accessory forum to read some more...
 
seeing everyone's being shipped closer and closer to the date they ordered is giving me hope

Ok, so no matter how I try to post it, it is all wonky.
Basically I just checked and the ipad finally made it to the US and looks like it is on its way here. Woot!
 
32GB 3G shipped

32GB 3G iPad. Ordered on April 20 and I just got the shipment notification email. Fed-Ex tracking shows May 6th as the expected delivery date.
 
Like a couple of others, mine will be delivered by the 6th as well, just got my email confirming it! Ordered a 32GB Wi-Fi + 3G on 4/19...

Well mine still says it is in HK . this is a bummer

64gb+3G has shipped and expected delivery date is the 6th but I fully expect it to arrive on the 7th.
 
Is it via Fedex or UPS? I see heyandy had his shipped via Fedex whilst everyone elses seems to be UPS.
 
Ordered my ipad 3g 32gb on apr 20. Jus shipped today. And the estimated date of arrival is stated to be on the 7th.
While another ipad 3g 64gb ordered on apr 23 is being prepared to ship.
