Carrier The Verizon iPhone X Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

I ordered a Verizon iPhone X Space Gray 256gb. Confirmation email received at 12:26 AM Pacific Time. Delivery date is Nov 17-24 and that hasn't changed since I placed the order. I ordered directly from Apple. Is that normal? I've seen some others indicate that a 11/17-24 delivery date has slid up to 11/3.

Patience....they still have time to do everything, 3 more days before you should expect movement on the shipping front. i'd only worry if you werent charged by say 5pm or so Nov. 2nd.
 
I thought I'd check with Verizon again tonight. According to them, after getting a manager on the line, they are still waiting for phones ordered from Apple to be delivered to Verizon for shipping. Take that with a grain of salt, but everyone go get some sleep. No need to stress if you're still processing/pending.

Edit: The manager is also waiting to be charged for his daughter's launch day phone! :O

Edit 2: My card was just charged.

Same here: my phone is in Elizabeth, NJ, and tracking says, "At local FedEx facility". Elizabeth, NJ is not "local" to me -- although it's closer to me than to you. I expect our phones will start moving to a true "local FedEx facility" by Nov. 2nd or sooner.
 
I had an ordering issue originally when trying to buy the phone so I went through the process a second time and it worked just fine with a delivery date of Nov. 3rd. Now I have two phones being shipped to me for the 3rd.
 
So my card got declined (they suspect fraud) imagine that...had to call and get them to recharge it...they removed my deliver date from Nov. 3 now it doesn't say anything, but I have been charged now. I wonder when I will get it now? :(

If your date disappeared and you have a charge, you should be all good to go for a ship/delivery of this week
 
Just got charged. Ordered 256 SG at 3:11am. Been seeing people get charged all weekend and today and was worried but just as the Verizon rep said, if you managed to snag a 11/3 ship by date then it will be delivered Friday. it’s 2 day shipping so there still plenty of time left this week and you should all see a charge and update soon. I’m in Florida
 
Ugh. Seeing all you guys get charged just now got my hopes up. Still no charge for me. What the HECK. Tempted to call to see if Chase is blocking the charge.

MY credit card company then decline my charge. I had to call and get it recharged. What a pain...
 
SG 256gb ordered right at launch. Shipping to CO. I finally just got charged! FWIW now the app says processing instead of pending! Have faith everyone.

Shreveport La. ordered 2:11 am CST and just got charged on my card. No shipping info yet. I used the verizon app and it worked flawlessly.
