Carrier The Verizon iPhone X Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

hi for those who are on the verizon payment/upgrade program, i got a question. i just received my iPhone x which i am upgrading from iPhone 7+. however, i have not received any communication/envelope from verizon how/when/where to return the iPhone 7+. and i don't want to be changed twice. did you get anything from verizon to return the phone you were upgrading from? just curious. i will call the customer service support.

Nice to see the silver 256 continuing to be ahead of schedule. They’ve moved from Nov 1 orders to your Nov 8 order in a week or even less. Maybe my 11/15 order processes by the end of the week.

I did not upgrade but I did do a trade in so I get a discount on the new phone. I believe the process should be the same though. I have two orders on my account. One for the iPhone X (still pending) and a second for the return envelope for my trade. I ordered on 11/15 and actually received my return box about a week ago. I believe you have 15 days after the receipt of your new phone to return the old phone. Check your account and see if there is an order for it, it would include a USPS tracking number. If you don’t I’d call CS and let them know so you don’t get charges.

I was wondering what kind of timeframe people are seeing for their order to go from "Processing" to "Shipped". I need to start making plans for getting rid of my 6s.

Glad to see some movement for early November orders. Hopefully I will see some movement for mine this week. Ordered SG 256 on 11/11 with expected ship date of 12/13.

I also am waiting for a charge on a second SG 256Gb from 11/8 (Ordered one on card and one through account).

In any case looks like 11/8 is moving for both Silver and SG 256gb.

I am on a business plan.

Note: No mention of carrier (Verizon) nor model# (MQCK2LL/A) until Invoice time.
I assume I can take this to any carrier? (or pop in my AT&T sim card and off I go..)

Just checked. Both phones are actually SG 256Gb with eta 12/13.

My silver 256gb eta 12/6 is actually still pending.
 
Checked today to see if any iPhones were available online and they have 64 GB available in both colors! Hopefully I get my 256 soon.
 
Got my zagg on otter box. Almost fully charged. Phone looks good feels great in hand. Big change coming from android. I’ll probably have some questions later on. So far I like it.
 
Was charged yesterday but haven't received shipping notice on the sg 256. Order status says completed too :(.

Strange bc the other sg 256 I ordered via billing through account did ship.
