I just received my iPhone X today. It came with a pouch t return my iPhone 7 Plus. Call Verizon to see what’s going on. I have 14 days to return the 7 plus.
 
11/8 Orders:

12/6 Est: Silver 256gb, charged today, no ship
12/13 Est: SG 256gb, charged yesterday, no ship
12/13 Est: SG 256gb, shipped today (charge to account)

Just a matter of time for the 11/8 orders out there. Sounds like 11/9 is going too. Congrats!

I was charged last night and now I have a tracking number. Suppose to deliver on the 30th.

I got a text message last night at 20:25.
Free VZW Msg: Your order #XXXXXXXX was received on 11/27/2017. You'll receive a text message with tracking information when your order ships.

Ordered SG 256GB on 11/12.

Does anyone have an estimate on how long it will be until I get a tracking number after receiving that confirmation text message?

This was my same question! I got the same text at 8:25 PM last night 11/27, just got shipping notification and tracking number at 11:30AM today! 11/28

Yours should be coming ☺️

When you get charged, do you get that text message from Verizon saying they received your order? In the state I live in, we don't pay our taxes up front so I don't get charged until the first month.

No texts but I am on a business plan. I got notice of charges from my credit card.

Interestingly, I got shipping notices at the same time for a 256gb silver and a 256gb SG that were charged a day apart (Sunday and Monday), and had 12/6 and a 12/13 est dates.

So it may take two days to get a shipping notice. Btw the chat is worthless, today the guy told me they were both due to ship 12/13 lol. Got my notice a few hours later.

You state that chat is worthless. Do you suggest that I call Verizon instead for updates on my order status?
