Who had aluminum and titanium? Can you compare? Which would be better for daily and cycling use looking on price and quality?

I had S0-S3 in aluminum, S4 in stainless, S5 and S6 in Ti, I would say for cycling the weight doesn't really make a huge difference coz I'm grabbing onto the handlebar, for running and other activities, the SS was kindda too heavy for me, obviously the aluminum is the lightest. When I went from SS to Ti it was noticeably lighter, and I can tolerate its weight on my wrist on casual runs. For more serious runs and workouts (not a ton of those now when all races are cancelled), I still wear a Garmin, and carry the AW in my FitBelt for emergencies.

To me the Ti is sorta the sweet spot in terms of weight vs durability and style, but unfortunately it's also the most expensive of the 3.

I currently also own a Fenix 6X Pro Solar. I have to admit I am tempted to use the

AWS6 instead going forward- it is a proper running watch with the excellent Stryd app.

The Garmin Fenix is really geared towards marathons/triathlon users for hard-core uses. The solar power interest me, I don’t have a lot of feedback on that. But I think for every day ‘general use’ for activity for fitness, the Apple Watch is more than sufficient. But then again, it really depends what you’re using to watch for. There’s some fairly hard-core marathon runners in the Apple Watch forum, and they have mentioned the Apple Watch v.s. Fenix, claiming the Fenix is superior with battery life and overall data tracking for path points, geographics, ect.

Lots of advantages in having the Fenix. On wrist navigation and route creation, no touch screen, battery life etc etc etc. However, solar charging is just a gimmick.

... and a garbage display.

I owned a Fenix3, still own an FR235, and am told current models haven't much improved. Though I suppose there's just not much you can do with transflective LCD.

Garmin does some good stuff -- the buyer just needs to be clear about what his or her primary focus is when selecting a platform.

It is a garbage display with excellent visibility outside and far longer battery life. Horses for courses.

Go for SBTi :p I had initially ordered the natural titanium, which is also nice, but changed the order after I got to see both in person. Durability is far better too.

I really didn't need to upgrade my AW5 natural Ti to AW6, but I did anyway.
I sold my AW5. Probably could have gotten more via a private sale, but $350 isn't terrible.

Where did you sell it for $350 if not a private sale?

The only other Major site to sell the Apple Watch (aside from eBay), would be Swappa. There really isn’t any other competition, and locally, it would only be Facebook marketplace.

As a S0 owner I’m sure it will be worth the wait! Also wouldn’t be surprised if ship times moved up.
you were right! looks like my ship time has moved up.

I happened to look at my order confirmation tonight and noticed my 9/22 order of SBTi/blk leather link now shows estimated delivery Oct 30-Nov 6 (was originally Nov 20-26)

The titanium watch is coming soon!!!
