Can't find a way to contact the depot, all automated phones. Switched it to a pick up point in the vain hope they drop it off tonight. I am not that lucky though!
I WILL NOT BE DEFEATED! The old trick of call the customer service number for UPS (03457 877 877) and press random buttons until you discover ZERO goes to an operator. Depot calling me back within an hour so I can hopefully collect. Muhahahahahaha.

My Mac Mini (16GB, 512GB) arrived today at just after 10am, got set up and after the initial panic of wondering why I couldn't get two USB-C monitors working like I had with my 2018 MBP (serves me right for not reading more about that), I'm happy with it now. I had some weird display issues at the start with stuff not turning on during system updates and when restarting, but now all that seems to have cleared up.

I've got VSCode and Visual Studio running, and they both build and run my projects absolutely fine, which was my initial concern.

Wow, I hope mine follows the same delivery logic; ordered on the 17th with 25th-2nd delivery slot, so it should progress into Shipping at least by EOB tomorrow. Here’s hoping :)

Ordered M1 base MBA (8GB, 256GB) on 23rd Nov, expected delivery 1st-8th December. Hoping as it’s the base, off the shelf spec that it might be a little quicker. Could likely pick it up quicker at an Apple Store but more hassle. Get the education discount so need to stick with Apple rather than any other UK retailer.

UPS just told me over the phone that they will deliver my MBP on Thursday, apparently 'no chance' for tomorrow :(

I did the same then cancelled my order with apple and got it from Currys. Came the next day. Just playing with it now. Been doing the "iPad as my main device" experiment since 2018 iPad Pro came out and must say I'm pretty pleased to be back on this. It's so good!

Defeated by the numpties at UPS. Customer service don't return calls. Depot doesn't return calls to customer service. Depot now shut. There's another 1 start review for there Google/TrustPilot.

My MBP 13 16/512 Space Grey just hit Hong Kong. Should have it by Monday.

Already ordered a base Air though (still processing..), so will be returning the Pro.

For anyone whose M1 has arrived, does it get noticeably warm on your lap when performing everyday tasks - web browsing, watching YouTube, light photo editing, editing documents?

A little too much of the ‘saver’ and too little of the ‘express’?
UPS site quotes 3 days for a package from Asia to the UK on Worldwide Express Saver. That would have been last Friday. Not sure how they imagine they can achieve that when they leave the packages in a corner of Hong Kong airport for three days.

Stanford Le Hope since 14:37
Mine got to Stanford Le Hope same time Monday, only moved late Monday night to Tamworth at 3am, only spent 30 mins there and was up at the deeside depot for the morning. You’ve got a good chance it’ll be out for delivery in the morning.
