Just got off the phone with UPS, im also being told that its still in London and that the Germany scan is incorrect and there is nothing to worry about. He said that its due today, but it could come by tomorrow 7pm. Sigh, im also getting 25th nov as a delivery date from apple. Let me call them now.

So (without leaving a review as I don't trust TrustPilot) I've sent them an email. It'l probably get redirected to China via the moon and then ignored. But I feel slightly better
This doesn’t strike me as an errant scan. My arse they are still in London! Mine was scanned in Cologne at 17:22. Yours at 19:20.

Also, mine apparently left Stanford this morning at 5:21am. Just enough time to make it back to Cologne this evening.
Either they’ve gone back to Cologne or they never left Cologne in the first place. Either way, I bet they are in Cologne this evening.
So I'm on the phone to UPS again... and he's saying well actually after closer inspection they never left f***ing Cologne. The UK scans were just 'where it was meant to be'. They're not due to arrive in the UK until tomorrow. Delivery Friday he said hahahahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
Yep, it took ~9 hours from Cologne to UK and about that back. Seems like they are definitely in Cologne to me. I hope it doesn’t go back to Hong Kong!
I’ve just got a completely different story.
The guy I spoke to said he had access to considerably more info than me, that my package was definitely in UK as we speak and was scanned out of Stanford at 5:57pm today en route to my local depot of Southampton.
He also claimed that the tracking page would update only when it received its next scan at the Southampton depot.
I call bullsh*t. Stanford to Southampton is a two hour journey so I guess we’ll see mid evening.
Feels like bigcover up from UPS, when I got apple to call UPS, UPS told apple there was a delay but weren't willing to explain the delay. Its probably in cologne right now and probably going to be deliver to us on Friday. SMH im fuming
I trust the scanning, that's the whole point of it....
Hong Kong => Dubai => Cologne => Stanford LH => Cologne

but like.... whyyyyy, why would it come to the uk and go back, only thing that makes sense is that it never came to the uk
If I had the opportunity, I’d point out to the guy that if the system was just showing “where it was meant to be”, it have said the MacBook Pro was sat on my f*cking desk.
Update:
Apple just confirmed to me that the parcel never left germany, and that ups should provide an updated delivery date soon, and it will come by the 3rd because my initial quoted date was 26-3rd.
And now my card has been charged — hopefully this means shipping is imminent!
edit: just had an email... didn’t really say anything that wasn’t already listed on the order tracker!
