So roughly how long is the time? 24 hours?

It usually means the box has been packed and allocated, once the label is printed and batched it will change to shipped. Chances are it has already happened, the system update has just not changed yet. Just a case of waiting.

Still showing as 'Processing'. The waiting is the hardest part... I'll go for a walk and maybe when I get back it'll be shipped.

Currently showing as being in transit from Shanghai and scheduled for delivery by the end of the 7th. :D

How do you get the China leg tracking? I've only got the European leg from EINDHOVEN in the Netherland.
It’s under the UPS shipping progress for me.

I ordered my 16GB RAM/256GB SSD MacBook Air on 21st November, and it shipped this Monday 30th November (so quite a quick turnaround!)

The original delivery estimate was 14th-21st December which changed to 11th-18th December shortly before shipping. Now on the Apple website it says 9th December, but the tracking link doesn't work. The DHL website says "not found" for the number, and has done since Monday.

How long does it normally take for the tracking to start working? Apple support weren't particularly helpful, they just said that DHL probably hadn't scanned it yet - but I see from this thread that usually there's a status update from the Netherlands fairly quickly in most cases...

My MacBook Pro 16/512 order with dhl has just updated to processed at Amsterdam - Netherlands with the expected delivery date of tomorrow! My initial estimated delivery date was the 16th of December so quite a bump up.
Great stuff! Did you get the 16th from Apple’s online store? (The App and website seem to give different dates.)

How long was it “Shipment information received” for?

Great news. I'm still stuck on "Shipment Information Received". I'm meant to be writing my thesis but keep finding myself on the DHL tracking page...

The date was originally the 16th, then the 8th according to the website. I got my first notification of “shipment information received” on the 28th and it updated at around 5pm today. It has an estimated delivery date of the 3rd but I’m not all convinced it will be here by then!

Fingers crossed. From what I’ve seen, things seem to start moving quite quickly after being stuck at Eindhoven!

If this is useful for anyone:

MBP 16/256
Ordered 19th Nov
Status to prepare to ship on 30th Nov
Shipped 30th Nov and got DHL EINDHOVEN Shipment information received link
Received Apple Care email stated start date of 05/12

Apple store still says 10th - 17th Dec.
