I ordered a MBP 16/512 on the 17th with a 16th of December delivery date, two days ago the item was marked as shipped and the date changed to the 8th. I received a DHL tracking number stating shipment information received, with the location being Eindhoven. I’m assuming it hasn’t reached the DHL hub in the Netherlands yet from China and it will update when it reaches Europe.

Now preparing to ship 🥳

I enquired about where my machine would be coming from (in an attempt to manage expectations...), and was told that they're all sent from the UK, which is clearly not true... 🤷‍♂️

Ok I’ll join in... 8/16/512 MacBook Air ordered on 29th Nov, currently looking at delivery 16th to 23rd Dec! Hoping and expecting that to come forward a little!

Base M1 MBA.
Ordered 23rd Nov. Original Delivery Schedule 1st - 8th December.
1st December - Moved to PTS from Processing. Card Charged.

Shipped via DHL 23:33 last night, got dispatch email from apple this morning. Currently showing “Shipment information received” at Eindhoven.

It’s ultimately inconsequential, but pretty poor that Apple will give obviously untrue information out via Live Chat.

Same for me, I guess DHL is waiting for a plane to physically arrive to Eindhoven. We'll see if there is any update today.

Do packages arrive at Eindhoven via air cargo? Looking on FlightRadar, there don't seem to be many (well, any) cargo planes coming/going from Eindhoven in the coming days, but perhaps they're not listed? Not really sure how it all works.

Edit: Looking back, it looks like it can be a week between "Shipment Information Received" and any further updates. It also looks like despite "shipping information received" having Eindhoven as the location, that the package will be received in Amsterdam (going by other posts in this thread).

I thought these are from China? Does it mean the laptops are already shipped from China, and we only get last mile information.

I think we only get "last mile". I assume that they're sent in a single consignment before being unloaded and sent on individually via the Netherlands. I don't think that they have to have arrived at the Netherlands for the DHL tracking to state “Shipment information received”, though.

However, I might be totally wrong!

Looks like a few orders from the 19th are shipping today. Hopefully mine is one of them. Nothing yet though...

MBA 16/1tb

Ordered 19th Nov
Arrives 10th-17th, still processing. No movement.

I ordered the same on the same day - but with a 4-11th estimate. The Website says 11th only, and based on your dates I'm going to guess I'll be closer to that than the 4th!

Is yours still processing or has it switched to preparing or shipped?
