Didn't think it was arriving today. It's changed from being scheduled for the end of the day, to just "scheduled delivery" with no date whatsoever. Good old UPS.

It moved to Germany, then to luton last night, then Heathrow, and now it is at Gatwick and expecting to turn up tomorrow.

If yours didn't update yet, be sure to check around 3pm today. Seems they get pushed through around 1pm ish.
Still nothing.

edit: I checked with Apple Support. Had a much better experience with the live chat this time, they actually knew what was going on. According to their internal tools, the package was in Amsterdam yesterday morning, so it's all on track. DHL just hadn't updated. Apparently detailed order updates might not be visible until the package is in the UK, which sort of explains why the status page hasn't updated, but doesn't explain why it has for others... oh well!

I think ours might be in the same batch, after days it finally moved from EINDHOVEN to Amsterdam. And it's scheduled for Wednesday. Not sure if you got the message too?
Yes! Just got a text message to say it would be delivered by the end of the day on Wednesday, and the tracking service has also updated to say it's been processed at Amsterdam ?

Think you're right, we must be in the same batch. Our MacBooks will be siblings!

Ye, they are twins.

I wonder how they group orders?

I ordered on 19th Nov, MBP 16GB/256GB space grey, west London here, what about you?

I also ordered on 19th, MBP 16GB/512GB space grey, North Wales.

The destination service area is Liverpool for me, so I wonder if from here they'll part ways? Or if they'll arrive in the UK together and move on from there?

Talked to Apple again about it and they still persisting that the tracking number is correct. Iv contacted Dhl and they said it’s not valid and there’s no such tracking number available.

The so called ‘specialist’ said that it’s in Shanghai customs and that it’ll only update once it hits the uk. Seems like he’s talking rubbish to be honest. As long as it comes I’m happy. Not going to stress it tbh

Yeah, it does look like I jumped ahead of a few folks - might be an EPP thing, the amount of Apple stuff I own or just plain luck.

EPP orders don't get any advantages beyond the discount. It's all processed into the same chain.

I ordered similar but 512, so looking about 3.5 weeks from order to delivery based on your reply and a few other ones...hopefully they've cleared a backlog so might be a little quicker...

What's the delivery window you have? Mine was the 8th to the 15th and my card was charged and status changed today (the 8th).
