Very nice. Mine is at my local depot in Bristol and arrived at 07:53.

I expect I missed today’s delivery courier and it’ll come tomorrow.
I live on Anglesey, and the depot is Liverpool which is 80 miles away, so I'd assumed I'd missed it too -- you might be lucky! Fingers crossed.

Two UPS flights en route to Cologne and neither have my Mini because it’s held up in customs. Anyone know how long this back log usually is?

Now out for delivery! That's incredible progress. I'd initially indicated a 09:00-13:00 preference for tomorrow (before hearing it was due today), hopefully that's now ignored.

Thats disappointing, my parcel was on the same flight and also heading to the Liverpool area, but my parcel is "On Hold" at Brum EM. Crossing my fingers for tomorrow...

That's nice, mine will still be tomorrow, I mean the thought it's sitting in Heathrow which is not that far from me and I can't have it is really annoying.

Ahh s**t, I think requesting delivery tomorrow morning has messed things up. It went from "With delivery courier" to "Scheduled for delivery" with an estimated delivery time of tomorrow, probably because I requested a 9:00-13:00 timeslot for Wednesday before they said it would be delivered today.

A DHL van drove past my house, too... my MacBook was probably in the back of it! ?

No idea what's going on with mine. It was originally scheduled for delivery on the 7th, obviously that didn't happen. Now Apple is giving the 11th while UPS isn't giving a date at all.

Mine said 11th and it arrived four days earlier, you may well get it sooner
That’s good news.

The tracking hasn’t updated at all. I got the delivery date of the 15th from the dispatch email from Apple. Is that where you got your initial date from?

What a change of an event for me, mine is now out for delivery. Hope you get yours soon!

Update: it's delivered.

Not bothering with buying one till next year. Have my eye on the iMac which came out a few months back as mbp 2010 (yes you read that right) is dying on me. Not bothered about the silicon at all. Plus my iPhone 7 Plus and iPad Pro 2016 died in March so have no phone only a iPad Air.

I have the Apple Store App on my phone which I was using to check the status of my order. It was stuck on "Processing your order" for ages, then overnight it went to "Preparing to Ship" ( with the date still showing as delivery on the 11th)
The following day it said "Shipped" with a tracking number and a link to DPD )
I thought that it was on it's way from China, but the DPD app then showed it arriving at the Local depot and it was delivered yesterday ( 7th)
So keep your eye on the Apple Store App, that's where the most up to date info is.
( I had an Email from Apple today advising me that my item had shipped and including a tracking number that showed my delivery of yesterday ? :D)

What config did you order?

Are you happy with it thus far?
This thing is fast, especially native apps, I am not usually cutting edge with apps, but I downloaded the Office beta, and documents opens super fast. Like few hundred megabytes PowerPoint, opens in blink of an eye.

Photos: I've got a few thousand Photos on iCloud, before when I used to wipe my computer it usually takes over night or even longer to get Photos indexed dedup ed and matching faces etc, but this one takes like an hour.

Changing screen resolution is too fast, I didn't even notice it until I changed it back, you will know what I am talking about once you receive yours.

Haven't tried any other things yet.
