So Tunbridge hub then. Someone has called in sick haven't they?
I don't think it's even moved to Tunbridge hub.

According to their tracking, its last activity was in Ryton. It didn't go anywhere overnight from what I can see. What about yours?

My MacBook Pro 16/512 ordered 2 hours after the event was picked up by UPS this morning. Original ETA 26th, UPS now say 24th. I doubt it will be that long, fingers crossed.

Ryton for me, too.
Absolute joke... so it looks like they just sat there all day yesterday and never moved on to the next stage, and they've discovered this fact this morning and added a day delay.

Long shot/pipe dream is that the tracking is messed up and it will just turn up today though for us.

I was congratulating myself this morning for having sold my current MacBook this morning - all perfectly co-ordinated!
Fingers crossed you're right about a tracking mess up.

Hi - did you use eBay or something else? I've been burnt by eBay recently, not sure I'm going to trust my 1k sale with that business but not sure what other choices there are?

I think all hope for today is lost - Syncreon's site just updated to show 18th November delivery now - it said 17th about 10 minutes ago.

Apple's site still says today but meh, I think it's game over for today. DHL suck.

My order page on the Apple website now says 'Shipment on hold' which makes it sound like it's being withheld. Aaargh!

I'm going to scream into a pillow and then make a cup of tea.

Oh FFS. Get on live chat. Mine still says "Arrives Tue Nov 17" on Apple.com... for now...

The last line of your post did make me laugh though and has cheered me up. I think I'll join you in the pillow screaming followed by tea. 😂

So it's just DHL being s*** then? How can they justify just deciding to not deliver?

DHL is just a ***** courier. Bad service, even worse customer care.

Whenever I've ordered from Apple they've always used DPD so hopefully they do the same again. I imagine it'll depend where my laptop is being shipped from.

I'm late to the bandwagon, just ordered a BTO 16GB MBA. It'll arrive mid December at the latest.

Sky News reporting a lorry containing £5 million worth of Apple products has been stolen in Northamptonshire.

Might account for some delayed shipments.
Ooh, that's a twist.

Though The Sun says "Cops were called after the lorry was stopped on the southbound slip road at junction 18 between 7.45pm and 8pm last Tuesday, November 10."

So I'm not letting DHL off the hook for delaying my delivery! 😂

It is utterly hysterical this happened on the M1 motorway though.
