Absolute joke... so it looks like they just sat there all day yesterday and never moved on to the next stage, and they've discovered this fact this morning and added a day delay.Ryton for me, too.
Long shot/pipe dream is that the tracking is messed up and it will just turn up today though for us.

I think all hope for today is lost - Syncreon's site just updated to show 18th November delivery now - it said 17th about 10 minutes ago.
Apple's site still says today but meh, I think it's game over for today. DHL suck.

DHL is just a ***** courier. Bad service, even worse customer care.
Whenever I've ordered from Apple they've always used DPD so hopefully they do the same again. I imagine it'll depend where my laptop is being shipped from.
