Well...I can see the order online, but the edit links aren't clickable. However...the money had definitely authorised, and I've checked with the CC company, and there's definitely no flag on it for fraud prevention.
I phoned Apple again, and the guy said that he couldn't definitely see the order, and not to worry. I'm just gonna give it another 24 hours, and if they haven't confirmed by the, I shall be calling back![]()
I'm in a similar position. I checked with the bank and it has been authorised and no hold up. However it seems to be stuck in this limbo land. An Apple rep has said he will keep an eye on it let me know by 8PM tonight when they close.
