Yes they do. Traded in iPhone X guy said it’s the best condition I’ve ever seen and asked if I’d actually used it. Then came back and said he could see some feint scratches on it at the bottom where apple case didn’t cover.

On their trade in site there is no mention of grades or an option to choose anything other than working or non working, I’ve always got the maximum quoted amount.
I meant it was Grade A when I bought it. The Handset on the new contract is £390 so that's coming from the trade in price, they did me a £30 10W QI charger for a fiver and returned the remaining £35 to my card. I just have to make sure I don't break my phone between now and Friday.
+1 for CPW trade-ins.
You might get better elsewhere (also agree the £340 for an iPhone X is very oddly high!) but it's the easiest way to trade in. In off the street and out with the cash in my bank account in about 15 minutes. Way better than CEX (and less... horrible of a store to be in).
Still offering £460 for my 256 X, hopefully won’t reduce before Saturday when I’m planning on trading mine in.

Hi folks, I was here for the X launch and after initially thinking I wasn’t going to upgrade this year, I’ve plumped for a Pro Max 64GB in space grey.
Bought mine through Very though as not quite enough spare on the old credit card this time. They came through for me with the X and delivered on release day as promised. Hopefully will go just as smoothly this year. I think I got the 3rd or 4th order in for my chosen spec and they sold out for release day after selling 28.
How soon after launch did you order? And what spec/colour have you chosen?
I have Prime and can’t see this. Not that it matters right now, but could be useful to know for future phones.
I’ve ordered a Spigen Liquid Air as a stopgap which arrived yesterday. Hoping to get an Evutec Karbon case when they’re available here in the U.K. Can’t be arsed with importing from their US website.
Anyway, here’s the Spigen for anyone who’s interested.

OK another scenario. What I want is the Midnight Green on the Upgrade Programme. I have bought one for delivery on the 24th. However, I managed to reserve a Gold for launch day. If I pick up the gold and get not he Upgrade Programme will I be able to exchange the gold for a green? I mean, you get 14 days to return don't you?
I’ve used this case on every phone since the iPhone 7, it’s such a solid case for the price.
Not on launch day, unless the store happen to have spare walk-in stock of the midnight green, which is unlikely.
Does anyone know if AppleCare will be available on a monthly basis here like or is it a US only thing?

I’ve used this case for the last few years for my iPhone 8 and previous phones and highly recommend. Feels nice in the hand, feels sturdy and like it offers pretty good drop protection. Am going for a clear case this time as I’m not getting a black phone, but wouldn’t hesitate to get this again.
How do you go about getting apple care, i think i need it after i cracked and replaced my 7 plus screen twice in 2 weeks. Do i need to take my phone to an apple store? or make an appointment? i ordered my phone through amazon so it's not coming until the 21st and i would like to get it ASAP.

I’ve got loads of Spigen cases for my X and they’re all good. Shame I can’t reuse them for the Pro lol.
Also got my S4 from them last year. Arrived as promised on launch day and love that they use Royal Mail for deliveries. Hope that’s the same this year.

So exciteeddd, I'm finally upgrading from my iPhone 7.
iPhone 7 was the most awkwardly-timed phone I purchased, a year after 7 two new successors came out and immediately made it obsolete -_,-, hoping 11 pro can last me for a bit longerrr.
I feel ike next year will be a 11S year so hope the notch doesn't go otherwise mine is outdated again lolll
