If yours like many others has changed to preparing for shipment, your card could soon be charged for your purchase

Yes..i know..whichever gets converted to preparing for shipping first will be the one i will go ahead with and cancel the other one

Don’t worry, once you get the phone in your hand you’ll feel the same feeling we all do after all this hype for the last few weeks..... meh it’s not that different... the you’ll move on to waiting for the Mac announcement that usually follows before the end of the year

I need that 16” MBP in the body of the 15”!

Apple tags, new AirPods... arfghgggh
Hahaha so far I’m good, my MacBook Pro is less than a year old and no way is that being replaced any time soon. Still paying it damn off! Also had AirPods. Didn’t work for so that’s that. And as for this phone. I am inside regretting it every day

Yes very annoying and the courier actually does ask for ID. I had a phone order earlier this year, and EE requires them (DPD) to take down details of the passport at the door.

Yeah can back this up.
Last phone I ordered had the same thing and my DPD driver (who pretty much knows me he always delivers to me :D ) - asked for mine and wouldn't budge til I found my driving licence.

It seems the offer for installments is individual per account but for me it was only available on the Pro not the Max Pro, same for you?
I don't see it on any products now as only allowed 1 pay monthly per product category. I recall seeing it on iPhone 11, 11 pro but didn't check max sorry.

Where did you read that?
Sorry just spent 10 mins trying to find the article but couldn't find it anywhere.

Least if somebody else signs for it they can use their ID to accept it

Whooop! I've been charged (about 45 mins ago) looks like we all got the Monzo notifications at the same time (for those picking up from stores). Weirdly it's made me mega excited, must've convinced myself that something could go wrong, but now I've been charged, I'm wishing the week away more than anything :)

Ooohhh, just had a look at my Nationwide app and the payment is now showing as pending. That hurt o_O

It’s an option with Curry’s via the website. 24 instalments of £58... however due to stock levels I did have to purchase the more expensive model than hoping for...

Me too. Me too. Now it’s too late and I’m regretting everything in life regarding iPhones ahhhhhh

Paying more because you couldn't wait for the one you wanted is crazy to me.

Has anyone had their payment say authorisation failed? Got an email saying that for my Apple Watch. Tried calling Halifax but they’re having issues and Apple aren’t open as of right now. I think a similar situation happened with the iPhone X but just called them and they fixed but was wondering whether anyone else has encountered this problem?

Amex blocked my iPhone purchase, I got a text, replied to say it was me, then a bit later I had an email from Apple saying payment had failed and to update payment info. Just went back in and clicked ok, and the payment was authorised.

Haven’t had anything from Halifax, just an email from Apple but even when I updated my payment info online, still said payment authorisation failed. Tried my monzo card and said the same thing. Will just contact them tomorrow to see what the issue is.

Well the deliveries better arrive before the school run that’s for sure ha...otherwise i will be annoyed. Part of working Monday-Friday i guess :(

Yeah I'm off Friday but I have an appointment at 12 and it's my sister's birthday and we're doing breakfast. So I'm going to struggle myself!
Last time I ordered through SKY though the DPD driver knocked the door down at 7:30am!
A repeat of that will be amazing!

Well yeah I’m just glad EE use DPD for my phone but the watch will come via Royal Mail which you never know when they arrive
