I beg to disagree from personal experience and that was a good couple of years ago. Can’t comment on reliability on EE in London unfortunately. Have had to only contact three customer services once before which was yesterday when I was upgrading and they were super helpful. So yeah EE in my opinion is very overpriced considering you pay almost double for the iPhone 12 if you choose to go with them. 🙂

Where have you got your 'double the cost' figures from.

A quick look at the EE and Three page for the iPhone 12 with unlimited everything shows Three at £1365 over 24 months and EE as £1772 over 24 months.

Sure, EE are going to be more expensive as their network is a lot better than Three, but it's not double.

If you live in London, EE destroy Three in every sense.

On the note of screen protectors and cases. I swear by these: I always get the thin clear ESR case from Amazon and this year trying the screen protectors too as they fully cover the notch. I’ve had the same case for the full year and serves me well. Also very affordable got 20-30% coupons off as well atm. Check out the brand! ESR. I’ve also had the cables from them too.

I usually go for the Belkin ones to however they are very pricey and yes I know they last long and they are great but just need something a bit more affordable this year. And to be honest most screen protector brands now have an alignment frame that comes with it

I use ESR screen protectors. They are really good. Most come with a frame you click on the device so they align perfectly. I use them on my iPad Pro too!

Funnily enough my 12 pro ones arrived just. Going to have to wait until the 9th to try them out!

I did mine on chat today -

5g,
unlimited data, mins, and text,
1 swappable benefit
and pair of Beats X headphones
24 months at £22.40 a month
Well, I didn't get anywhere near that but using your example as a straw man I was able to get 200gb for £20.... it was a struggle though. To be honest I don't need anywhere near that much data but I wanted as good as I could get fro no more than £20.

For the life of me I can't find them on Amazon, can you ping over a link? (for iPhone 12)

If you are looking to upgrade your sim contract with ee its worth asking them to throw in the free Beats X headsets. They were on their website up till last week but with iPhone 12s they pulled the offer. I asked the agent on the chat and he threw it in

I wonder if I could get this one in a month's time when I ask to change tariffs.

EDIT the one on the website is 50p :D

I never used Vodafone before three just called me up and tried to sell me 20 pounds for 100gb deal told them to get lost been with them for over 10 years (Speeds are getting worst and worst) this month they decided to up my monthly charge to 22 pounds.
Was paying 12 pounds unlimited everything sim they did this with my one plan back in 2015 always something fishy goes on a three this month they even removed go binge not susprised they start introducing cpi they promised everyone sim users will not face RPI charges back in 2018 what happened they introduced these charges..... Very shady company.

It’s my first time in Vodafone but those I know on it always rave about it. Three used to give really good data deals years ago and I have family who have been with them since those days. They do have a lot of dropped calls though but seem to be used to it. Three wouldn’t be an option where I live as the coverage is appalling.

I don’t live in London and I was only comparing prices because I felt like three fits my budget better at the moment. thats all 😁

Thanks for everyone replying to my question. Would you recommend the main number to be an esim and a random sim for verification for websites or whatnot to be the disposable? Or would it best to be done the other way round! Not sure if you can have pay as you on a esim.

Never use wireless charging. I’m in two minds! What’s the best charging habits! Mines always on charge all night and I want to fix that habit
