For anyone interested - this is the 5G coverage in London according to each network. Vodafone, O2 (wouldn't let me zoom out), EE, and Three.
EE seems to have the most widespread coverage followed by Vodafone. Three is definitely the most patch at the moment.

I'm in zone 5 - EE are the only ones showing as having 5G coverage in my area, although I'm literally on the border on the map (even though it's showing 4/5 5G coverage). Will be interesting to see if I actually get 5G coverage next Friday.
Hey guys new to the thread but have been reading away. I had ordered a a pacific blue iPhone 12 pro from Apple with delayed delivery date but just saw AO.com have release day stock of the iPhone 12 Pro's! So cancelled my order with Apple and pre-ordered with them!
I dont see it in the tapatalk appNever noticed this and I’ve been active for 7 years.
Its a crazy ride waiting for Apple products but so glad I can get it on release day now! Can you believe I placed my pre-order with apple just 2 minutes after the store went live and still got a late delivery date! Crazy!

Based on some of the deals you lot have got with EE, I have cancelled my recently agreed contract. They’ll revert me to my old plan so I can agree a 5G deal.
How about 275 back in July

Just do it by the time you receive 5G on three network everyone moved onto 6G network...

I rang Apple and cancelled the AppleCare. Apple then credit your Barclays account with the refund. Then when I rang Barclays for my settlement figure, the Applecare refund had already been taken off the total amount left.

I literally just asked about the deal I found with them lol. Did not think it would turn up to be such a big issue..
You can’t do a trade in on the iUP. Apple will simply take your old iPhone, clear everything for you and start you again on the new iPhone. You will have to pay the £69 again too.
You could recycle your phone, claim your AppleCare refund, pay your loan off and start again on the iUP if you wanted to do it that way. You’d still be saving money.
This is essentially what I did however I’ve gone for 24 months finance as opposed to starting the iUP again. I’ll be paying £49 a month for my phone with AppleCare for 24 months with no upfront payment.
If you speak to Apple they will give you your refund amount and Barclays will give you a settlement figure.

I rang Apple and got my refund, they then pass this to Barclays.
I then rang Barclays and paid it off, they had already taken the AppleCare refund off the settlement figure!
Get a PAYG SIM and trial it out, see if 5G actually makes a difference for you or not.

Tried webchat with EE
Seems a little screw up so will need to ring them up to see what happens
Asked for the 100GB sim deal but said because I have student discount on my current plan if I get a new code she can get it for £16 per month. gave her a new code from student beans. she upgraded by plan etc said it’s all done.
30 mins later get a text saying student discount has now been removed from my price plan.
another 15 mins another text saying she can’t get the discount entered and it should of been done on the website by myself
They would budge less than £20 with the 20% discount
