When this happened once it convinced me that the phone could read minds. Never said a single thing about it sliding in there or looked up anything, but shortly after, ads for those compartments that go in the gap started appearing!

Also loads of exposed metal parts that love to scratch the hell out of your screen even if you do have a case on, I've trained myself to put my phone straight into my air vent dock as soon as I get in the car because of that gap!

nice to see the thread back i don't think we will get any news on the new iphone next week hopefully i'm wrong

i'll be going from the xs max to pro max this time round last years update wasn't that substantial so i'm hoping this years will be.

On a side note i've just pre ordered the new galaxy fold 2 so that should keep me busy until the new iphone comes out in october/november.

It could also be September (hopefully), but obviously very unlikely. I am getting FTTP installed on the 25th, could have had any day but chose that Friday, just in case

Although it would surprise me if they were announced 15th, pre-orders 18th, delivery 25th - Apple do do some strange things

hopefully your right but i can just imagine after an hour of tim cook speaking about the new ipad/watch possible apple tags he will utter the famous three words and say one last thing smile and say c u in october

I actually think it would be pretty cool to finish the non iphone event with a brief glimpse of it to keep us apple fans salivating if they did end up not able to launch it at the event.

I don’t think they’re gonna launch the iPhone at the event but they will def announce it

Wonder if they’ll change the stainless steel band colour for the blue or black.

Ends up in a case so never a real issue what colour I go with. Do tend to get the newest colour option most years

Yes indeed but I’ve used them before so I’m familiar, also couldn’t be bothered to shop around XD. On that note also the amount they offered is more than enough to pay off my remaining balance on this phone now so for me it’s happy days if so.

No... this is the interesting part. Of course I’ll only do this option if it’s within the 21 days if not then I will have to consider selling it one way or another 🙄 grumble.
 
I’d avoid music magpie like the plague. Cowboys. They got my quote wrong (offered me way more than it was worth) they made every excuse not to pay, said it was damaged (it wasn’t) and offered me the damaged price - if they said look we screwed up, we can’t offer that price we should have offered you this, will you accept, I’d have probably said yes, instead they lied and offered me like £150 or so, they took ages to send it back as well. When I got it back, took them to CPW who paid the full price.

Iv had 2 good experiences with Music Magpie, including just selling my iphone 11 pro for £656 and getting the full price paid in full but then i sent a four month old series 5 nike watch to them and they said apple pay didnt work so i asked them to return it. They did send it back pretty quick though and sent tracking etc. But i then gave the watch to my hubby so he was pleased lol 😂
 
Dont think EE do 5G where I live just yet, no even sure when it will be available in my area. I think if they did a non 5G I'd go for that to save some pennies.

be careful with EE they are introducing new charges each year 3.9% plus cpi

the annual increase is to give customers certainty in these worrying times it says no its because inflation will be very low for the forseeable future.

I seen this the other day, thing is I've been with them about 6 years now with no issues at all. Don't really like any of the other networks
