What happened in the end? When did the apple order status update? Mine was approved 5 hours ago but not updating to reflect that...
About 12 hours after my order, Barclays emailed to say my application had been approved. Despite Apple saying Barclays would contact me for more details, this never happened, so I think it was just because of a huge backlog of applications, they put things on hold.

My order was stuck on ‘On Hold’ for around another 12 hours (so around 24 hours after ordering), before moving to being processed. It’s due 2-9 October.

Guys, went to the store yesterday. WT and BT are both very nice looking too. In fact white one is giving a premium look and blue; you will have to see it in real to feel the beauty of it. It gives different shades in different light conditions. It gives a feeling that every now and then you have a different color iphone.

However, I settled with my NT for two reason; one that I will have to wait for long to get another color if I order now, second any other color might show the real titanium color if you get a scratch. All in all, all the colors are beautiful. It is just a preference what color you like personally. But again in the end blue is something different from them all.

With regard to the Belkin screen protector from apple, it does not cover the whole screen, leaves the bezels, and obviously it is needed for the case to cling to the body otherwise the case will lift the screen protector.

I ordered JETECH and TAURI 5 in 1 clear cases which comes with screen protector from Amazon. I like the JETECH one better as it shows the back of the phone fully without interference from the design of the clear case itself.

They both had similar screen protectors, the only thing extra with TAURI was a magsafe ring which you can attach to the case. This helps the phone to attach to magsafe accessories better.

Obviously I will get a better case later, a very slim one. This one is just a temporary one to show off the color and the iphone until the hype is over, and the people around me knows that I have an iphone 15 :D

Was it a saved quote that you had a while and checked out?

Did the kiosk checkout option give you the full price quoted, as mine is reduced if I chose kiosk
I did the quote all the way to the checkout online and had 21 days to hand my phone over. I‘m presuming that if you just save the quote/add to the basket rather than do a full checkout you get a reduced amount maybe?

EDIT: I chose the Kiosk option when I did the online quote.

Same thing happened with me this morning. DPD 15 mins away the got the same message as you. He’s coming back tomorrow. Apparently!
Similar thing happened to me yesterday morning. Thankfully the DPD guy just dumped about a dozen of his parcels at the corner shop round the corner rather than taking them back to the depot.

I did the MM kiosk this morning. Left it late to lock in my old 14 PM 256GB and got £680-£20=£660. Envirofone offered me £700, Apple £635, Argos £637, but these would have meant going to the Post Office and paying for whatever Special Delivery is now.

The device took three goes to scan in my phone, but payment arrived whilst I was on the 15 minute cycle home.

Weird experience with DPD yesterday. Had the phone preordered with Apple and had the delivery option set to collection from my local Post Office across from my work. Didn't get dispatched from the DPD depot until around 1330 and around an hour later got a notification saying they were unable to deliver and would try again today (Saturday). Went on live chat and the person said the Post Office was closed but it definitely wasn't, it's open all day till 1730 and doesn't close for lunch or anything. It's in a shopping centre upstairs in a WH Smith so maybe the courier just couldn't be arsed? Told the live chat person that it was definitely open and if they could try delivering again but they said it wasn't possible and started getting arsey with me, said it would be delivered today then abruptly ended the chat.

Few minutes after I left work I get another notification saying it had be delivered so I guess the courier did try again.

I'v just got back from using the MM Kiosk for the first time.
Was a bit of a faff to start with, as the IMEI couldn't be read. Possibly the screen was turning off before it could be read?
On the third go it worked, and after a few minutes of checks, I got my original offer of £470 - very glad they didn't try to revise the offer.

A few posters here said I should take a cloth to clean the lights and cameras inside the machine, but there was no obvious way of doing that. I couldn't see any cameras, and I didn't feel comfortable showing my hand through the motorised door inside the machine!

Still, a positive experience.

Afternoon all,

Due to the time I arrived at O2 yesterday to collect my phone, I couldn’t do a phone to phone transfer (I do this as I lost a lot of photos previously on WhatsApp even though it had been backed up)
Lo and behold my videos look like this and I can’t play them.
I’m assuming as I forgot to have include video in back up that’s why ?

If I go back to my iPhone 14 and do another back up of WhatsApp including videos, can I remove WhatsApp off my new phone reinstall and hopefully the new backup will show ?

Thanks

Is there a fault with all the Mujjo leather cases or just few faulty ones?

I emailed their support as they describe the 15 cases, for plus anyway, as fitting 14 and 15, I said dimensions were ever so different but said would fit.

Just pointless me ordering if they are all faulty.
My Mujjo Full Leather Case is perfect. It fits like a glove and Magsafe works as it should It's the best case I've ever used for any phone.

After a day with my Pro (I went from a 12 Pro Max to 15 Pro) I have no regrets although it is a REALLY light phone; which means it really weird to hold without the weight of the 12 Pro Max.

Also I don't like the Storm Blue case, I'd rather it be Midnight Blue so I'm returning it and getting Black, hopefully they bring out more colours soon.

iPhone 15 Plus 128GB Pink

I can't believe they sent that with Royal Mail, what delivery service did they use for that?

I deliver part time for Amazon, sorry to be the bearer of bad news but these are the worst kind of drop offs we get.
Anything in a shopping centre which is difficult to access such as this we mark as unable to deliver and return to depot.
Far too busy traffic wise, difficult to park etc its just not worth the hassle.
Best advice would be to never choose this option in the future.
A local post office in a village etc will be absolutely fine, but anything in a city/town centre and inside a shopping centre is a big no no.

PSA: If you are in the UK, and are hoping to transfer your eSim from one phone, to another, note, that this cannot be done with O2 or EE. You physically have to visit a store, or had a new eSim sent out to you.
As the two leading providers in the UK, this is appalling. No wonder Apple haven't go eSim only here. Shame, as all the major telcos in Australia and New Zealand do this! Shall we blame Brexit?

Is this official policy, or a decision that drivers chose to do? I personally think, that whilst it's tough and a real hassle, it's part of 'delivering' to a customer, so to inconvenience the customer is rude.

This also happened to me on EE unfortunately.
Tried to set up my phone last night and was unable to transfer esim over.
So was without a phone until I could visit my local EE store this morning to pick up a new physical sim.
Very frustrsting indeed.

Last 2 years on EE in UK I’ve transferred eSIM from 1 iPhone to another no problems using the quick transfer function. Never been in an EE shop
