Is this official policy, or a decision that drivers chose to do? I personally think, that whilst it's tough and a real hassle, it's part of 'delivering' to a customer, so to inconvenience the customer is rude.
It's driver choice 100%.
I'm sure some drives will attempt delivery but I can honeslty say the vast majority won't bother.

Please tag me when do as get lost on here sometimes!!

To confirm you checked out with RM, but going to use the order number at kiosk? Did yours reduce when using kiosk option to?
No I have a kiosk price £745 and rm £755,so took it earlier all fine said excellent condition etc but said £620 after saying £745 on screen so took it back out and send it via rm

its been cased from new but there’s a mark on the back as if the colour has worn off I should off took a photo but didnt
so expecting it to get priced down if it does badly I will get it back and it can go on eBay with the reduced fees

PSA: If you are in the UK, and are hoping to transfer your eSim from one phone, to another, note, that this cannot be done with O2 or EE. You physically have to visit a store, or had a new eSim sent out to you.
As the two leading providers in the UK, this is appalling. No wonder Apple haven't go eSim only here. Shame, as all the major telcos in Australia and New Zealand do this! Shall we blame Brexit?
I did this with EE last year and this year with no issue. The eSIM transfer worked fine from device to device.

Got my new iPhone 15 pro max in white and updating to 17.0.2 and will transfer across. Does anyone know what happens with trade in as nothing in box.
They send you a trade-in kit (basically a box and labels to send the old phone off in), usually arrives a couple of days after you get the phone (depending on weekends etc.).

EE supports the Quick Transfer feature. I think I've quite a few on this thread has managed to transfer their esim over to their new phone seamlessly using this.

This is definitely not the case. I transferred my EE esim just fine.

I used the iPhone to iPhone transfer yesterday and my EE sim transferred to my new 15 pro with no issues.

That's incorrect. EE officially support eSIM Quick Transfer on iPhone and I successfully transferred my eSIM from iPhone 14 Pro Max to iPhone 15 Pro Max during setup.
See here under Wireless network providers that support eSIM Quick Transfer.

Should you need to issue a new or a replacement eSIM:
- EE fully support via their app and website. Alternatively, visit an EE store or get an eSIM QR code delivered by post
- O2 require a visit to an O2 store or a QR code delivered by post
- Vodafone support via their webiste
- Three support via their website for compatible plans

This also happened to me on EE unfortunately.
Tried to set up my phone last night and was unable to transfer esim over.
So was without a phone until I could visit my local EE store this morning to pick up a new physical sim.
Very frustrsting indeed.
When did they change this? Does that also mean you can't get your eSim from the EE app?

EE I think have the (currently) only, working eSIM transfer app (it works using the Apple method).

Can confirm O2 has to be done in store. And you need a working wifi signal on both devices; because initially it didn't work for me. The guys in the O2 store kept saying there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait 24 hours! I connected to a working wifi and the eSim swap was done. Existing number working on new phone within minutes.

Same here, Barclays finance loan and shows as no longer eligible for return. Very strange, as by law you should have 10 days to change your mind online and Apple are usually very good at accepting returns.

I didn't read through the following post so this may have already been answered. You can still return it but you either have to call apple or through chat request return and they'll set it up. It's because it's on finance that the option isn't there.

O2 can send you an eSIM in the post. Fake news.

So how does the reserve and collect work? Is there a certain time they become available on Apples website or do they drip feed them throughout the day?

Same here just been in store to get it sorted

Yes, I also think that EE was the first UK network to support Esim. Just had a quick read on Apple's Esim website and it looks like EE actually supports all of Apple's esim convenience feature such as quick transfer. I also found out that you can convert from a physical sim to esim (EE) using iOS itself without the need of the MyEE app or contacting EE.

I really like the FineWoven case. Feels super grippy.

But I was expecting the whole case to be made out of it? Instead it’s just the back plate and the rest is just plastic?
Check out MobileReviewsEh on YT, he doesn't rate them due to being really easy to scratch but you can see the cases dissected.

The material on the rear are actually a combination of fine woven material which is really thin but then padded out with recycled memory foam to make the fine woven seem thicker. The sides are fine woven but the edges are hard like rubber. The case is then coated all over in resin.

I owned one, like others, and returned it to Apple as for £59 they cut costs & it wasn't all its cracked up to be.

Not true my friend. I transferred my EE esim to my new phone yesterday morning in the Apple Store. Took seconds as part of the set up process.

According to apples website it’s only ee (in the uk) that offer the quick transfer option.
