Hmm good question, I've done trade ins on delivery items and you get 14 days to do it. I had assumed/hoped it would be the same if I collect it

other day my upgrade fee was £0, earlier today it was £100... now its £300... what's happening?!

Gutted about the anytime upgrade - if it’s not there tomorrow on the 16 deals, i probably won’t upgrade.

The full works plan has less inclusive perks as well. Why have they decided to ruin their offering?

What storage is everyone going for? I have a pre-pre order in for a 512GB but think 256 should be enough. Need to decide today!!! I have 2TB iCloud storage so 256 should be enough, right? Help me decide!!

Had 256GB for the last 4 years but I like to store all my photos locally and so my 14 Pro Max is now full when looking at photos, apps and music so opting for the 512GB this time. Given that they now start at 256GB it’s not actually any more expensive (in my mind).

What plan do I need to be on to Upgrade Anytime?​

Between 17th August 2022 and 28th August 2024, Upgrade Anytime was available to new and upgrading customers taking a 24-month All Rounder or Full Works plan on eligible devices, as well as existing customers on a 24-month 8GB, 20GB, 60GB or 100GB 4GEE Max plan.

Unless something changes tomorrow with the pre-orders I can’t foresee EE bringing it back anytime soon in light of the Flex Plans (as I mentioned previously.)

Had 256GB for the last 4 years but I like to store all my photos locally and so my 14 Pro Max is now full when looking at photos, apps and music so opting for the 512GB this time. Given that they now start at 256GB it’s not actually any more expensive (in my mind).

I worked out that it's about £8.33 extra a month over 24 months finance for the extra 512 so probably stick with this just to be safe.

Was trying to decide between White and Brown. But more I see of the Brown/Gold, the more feminine it seems. All I’ve heard from female friends since Monday is ‘Can’t wait to get the Gold, it’s so pretty’

Do you have storage optimisation on? My photo library is apparently using under 2gb of storage, and it didn't used to.

Oh god, what's wrong with me? Just a couple of days ago I insisted I wasn't going to upgrade this year, I have absolutely no need to, the 15 Pro is great and the 16 Pro is probably the smallest upgrade in the history of iPhone, not to mention it would cost me around £200 all in to upgrade (paying off contract, new case, screen protector) but still, here I am, the day before pre-orders and I'm telling myself....DO IT!

Anyone feeling the same? YOLO right?

That's pretty similar to my thinking but I think I'm going to go with it anyway. In some lights I think it almost looks rose gold which I always saw as the feminine option but I've heard this colour looks a lot better in person and changes quite a lot depending on the lighting.

Worst comes to worst I can throw it in a case I guess

When I traded the 12 to 14pro, I backed everything up before I went to the Apple Store to the cloud.
I was then able to transfer everything to the 14pro before factory resetting my 12 in the store. Don’t know if still the same process but I’d say it likely is

I guess we will get instructions when we do the order but i think the 14 days still applies
