If we are upgrading from iPhone 15 on the Barclays 0% scheme, do we cancel the old direct debit or does it just update to the new payment?
I was all set to order with Very at the stroke of 1pm when they enabled the add to basket button but stopped when I saw the delivery date. I don't understand why they would not have stock for the 20th but maybe they will send the initial orders for the 20th, but I didn't want to take the risk so bought with Apple instead.
When does apple take the money from your gift card balance, sorry for repeating myself, just worried as my balance hasn’t reduced.

I finally got through on the app at 13:08 and the best I was being offered was no collection at Leeds Apple Store and delivery between 25/9 and 30/9. Hoping that they can get the 16PM in black that I ordered to me early.

Yeah I didn’t notice it until I had it ordered was rushing out the door at the same time! Doh just seen it on the order confirmation and thought that wasn’t right!
Will see what happens may end up cancelling it next week if nothing moves and seeing if local Apple Store has pickups just next week
In the UK they will be in a place called Hinckley, Leicestershire!
Got right to the end with O2 switch up upgrade realised that it had desert titanium instead of Natural that I selected went to change it and the website went down 😂
My balance hasn't updated yet 40+ minutes later but neither is my order showing on the Apple Store app (it is online though and I have my confirmation email).
I presume there is a delay updating everything due to high volume of transactions.
Either that or the phone is free!
That’s why I go for the finance these days. Have the money in the bank but they always decline my Apple orders.
Same here but that's they way it worked for me with every pre order from the Apple Store. They charged my card when the order was prepared for shipment.

It’s showing for me in the Apple Store app, but the account balance is still £1630, getting the new series 10 too.
This is once every 3 years for me, maybe 4 this time around.
Now that I have a pro max instead of a plus it won't want to make me upgrade as often, that's what im telling myself anyway lol
Worse order experience for me for many years. Did the pre-pre order earlier in the week using Finance. All went through fine.
Had the Store App open on iPhone since 12:30pm. Left it open and I was still waiting 13:10. Managed to check out but delivery was now 30th Sept. First world problems for sure but see how others quit the app and got in, clearly the queuing system does not work well.
