I would expect iPhone direct from Apple to move to dispatch today. That’s what usually happens.
Orders done for collection in store, are they store stock? Or will the phones will be sent to store for us to collect? Also my phone has a collection time of 08:15, my watch is 09:15 and my AirPods Max are 16:15 can I just collect them all at 08:15![]()
Thanks and that’s what I thought. When do we get the notification’s, are they on the day or the day before? I briefly asked a guy in the Apple Store yesterday and he implied I’d get a notification at the latest like an hour before, in my mind that doesn’t make sense.Seems logical for them to give you all of them on a single visit. As long as you have notifications that all 3 are ready for collection from the same store I can’t see an issue.
Cex always finds something to lower the price even if there's not a mark on it.No, but we use CEX and take them into a store. Best prices we can find and we take cash.
I've just gone through their website wizard for a quote, 'mint' condition is more than Apple if I take vouchers, cash is less. 'Good' condition is less than Apple both for cash and vouchers. No, but we use CEX and take them into a store. Best prices we can find and we take cash.

They never ship this early, it's always the day before.I would expect iPhone direct from Apple to move to dispatch today. That’s what usually happens.
Thanks, it’s a good idea. However I’ve just checked and they’re only offering £440 for a “mint” 256GB 14 PM which is £45 less than Apple and £130 less than Phone Box - and I thought Apple’s trade-in prices were low!No, but we use CEX and take them into a store. A few years ago I was on the iPhone Upgrade Programme. I cancelled the AppleCare myself via Apple, they refunded it to Barclays who then sent me the refund. Not sure if this is how it still works, but I would be surprised if it's changed much.To anyone who buys via Barclays monthly payments and includes 2 year up front Apple Care:
I'm 1 year in to the 2 year payments plan and have just called Barclays to pay off the remaining year (selling my 15 Pro for a 16 Pro). When I placed the order last year, it included a 2 year up front costs for Apple Care. Am I right in thinking I can get a refund for the remaining year of the Apple Care? If so, do I have to contact Apple myself to do this, or does it happen automatically now I've paid off the Barclays finance?
I don't find Apple's prices low, especially when factoring in the convenience. They don't require accessories, and send the box to send to them. When I compare that to putting it on eBay or Facebook, dealing with scammers and time wasters, and facing the risk of them opening a bogus claim which PayPal almost always sides with the buyer over, it's not worth the hassle for the extra money in my opinion. Especially once factoring in fees for PayPal and eBay.Thanks, it’s a good idea. I stopped upgrading annually so didn't need to be on it any more - that was all! I think overall it works out a little more expensive than buying/selling yourself, but the convenience of it was quite good.I’m about to go on the upgrade programme. Why did you come off it? Any pitfalls? Thanks.
Agree with this. They lower the price for every single reason possible. I tried to sell a PS5 to them last year. They wanted to give me £20 less because a cardboard sleeve in the box wasn’t present. I told them to shuv it and sold elsewhereI vowed never to use CEX as they are not as ethical as they seem, and knock prices down for no reason or the smallest thing... and having bought a phone from them , which was returned as it turned out to be a stolen phone, and they couldn't give 2 hoots, although I did get a refund in the end, I now wouldn't trust them
