I got on he app on iP7+ at about 8:08. Had to change billing address for a debit card payment as for some reason it had changed to the shipping address (despite setting it all up the previous night). During that time shipping went from 3rd November to 2-3 weeks. So tried pick up for Birmingham, selected a time slot, went to confirm order and got a 'not available for pick up' message.
In a bit of a strop I just closed the app and thought I'd try my network instead. Before doing that checked the store on Chrome browser and pick up was available for Birmingham. Finally got one sorted for pick up on 3rd November and confirmation came through at
8:19 
Must be one of the latest for launch day. I'm still expecting it to be changed to a later date.
