Had my iPhone X 256gb Silver confirmation email at 08:11am. Delivery estimate 2-3 weeks. Order is currently processing. Had someone on the live chat saying that the shipping times are usually very accurate, but past experience tells me, as has been said before, they often under promise and over deliver.

Please tell me Apple use DPD for delivery?

The last time I ordered a phone online was for my iPhone 6 and it was delivered by Yodel, possibly the WORST delivery company on earth. It came at 8PM when I was told 10AM, and the iPhone's box itself had all its sides squashed.

I've had UPS and DPD but last month my S3 watch came by UKMail which is an arm of DHL. Yodel are awful but also quite laughable. They deliver for Naked Wines whom I use and once I was waiting at work for a delivery that failed to materialise before 6pm on the Friday. On my way home I spotted a Yodel van near my house so stopped and asked the guy if he had my wine and he did and gave it to me in the street. I was cockahoop and so was he ("one less delivery for me tonight") but my heart sunk when I seen the back of his van and him tossing boxes around to find my wine. Some one's flat screen tv fell over in the process

I'll be ordering a case tonight then! EDIT: for the X not wine. Actually will get both its been a long week!

Belkin's new InvisiGlass Ultra and Anti-Glare screen protectors for iPhone X are now available to purchase.

Left to right: Anti-Glare, InvisiGlass Ultra, and EasyAlign sticker

InvisiGlass Ultra is made with 0.21mm ion-strengthened glass supplied by Corning, the same manufacturer of iPhone display glass. Belkin says the screen protector improves the iPhone X's scratch resistance by up to three to five times, with up to a 25 percent increase in protection against cracking and breakage from drops.

The anti-glare screen protector is said to reduce harsh reflections from both sunlight and artificial lighting, allowing you to view the screen comfortably in bright conditions. The ultra-thin screen protector has an anti-scratch coating.

Both screen protectors include a cleaning cloth and so-called EasyAlign sticker in the box for easier installation at home. The anti-glare version can also be professionally installed at an Apple Store with Apple's ScreenCare+ application system.

Belkin's InvisiGlass Ultra and Anti-Glare screen protectors are $39.95 and $19.95 respectively on Apple's online store in the United States. Both are currently estimated to ship in one business day.

If anybody’s interested in this. Both versions are showing at 19.95 in the UK. Possible misprice

Did anyone else do the same as me? I paid for the phone via apple pay at 8.04am and selected pickup in store instead of deliver to home. However, there is no pending charge on my bank account from apple? Is this normal or should I contact them?

I've ordered for pick up and nothing charged to my card yet.

If you log on to the Apple Store through a browser, view your order and try to print invoice it says:

'We bill your item(s) prior to pickup or delivery. Once your item is billed, you can view and print your invoice.'

So i would imagine they will put the charge through at some point between now and deliver/collection day. I wouldn't worry.

A few on the EE forums said their delivery date went from 3rd to not confirmed and now back to 3rd again. Strange.

I'm planning on selling my 7 plus for £450 on Friday so it better come on Friday lol

Same, this is normal.

Great spot, thanks for the heads up! Just ordered one - my 7 has really been showing micro scratches this last few months when my old iPhones never did. Wonder if the glass is different so it's more durable to drops rather than scratching.

It's the same for me with in-store pickup.

Yep! 8:06 order via Apple Pay here, pickup from store on launch day.

Well it’s safe to say O2 have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA about when ANY iPhone X’s are going to be shipped. So far I’ve been told four weeks, release day, a coupe of days after release and one guy even tried to claim it was out for delivery right now I can safely say I think this time next week I’ll have been to Apple Store to pick up my iUP orders and have signed up to a sim only deal. For reference I ordered from O2 at 0745 this morning when the website still said ‘shipping from 03/11’

Seems Barclaycard have declined lots of these today although I was assured they would be fine...

Guessed it would them they recently rejigged their anti-fraud system to make it more easy to work with online purchases but it’s also made it more strict I believe.

Guys, even if you have got a later shipping estimate, don't forget that Apple always gives you an overestimate. Your order will most likely ship earlier.

That wasn’t my experience with my current iPhone that had a long lead time and was delivered exactly within the estimate.

From what I can tell so far pre orders went a bit like this:

8:01 - 8:06 - launch day
8:07 - 8:20 - 2-3 weeks delivery.

Is that about right?

I think pick ups skew it a little bit. I’m hoping with an 8.08 order I’m in the upper part of the 2-3 week delivery o_O Definitely fell victim to the app not wanting to refresh. I ended up rebooting my iPad at 8:20 before it would let it in, no idea how I got in with my phone at 7 minutes past.
