Slightly weird my card has been charged for the case but not the phone. They where separate orders.

Based on previous years they tend to under-promise and over-deliver, so you might get it earlier. If not, I'd guess "delivery 13th-20th" means it'll be delivered sometime between the 13th and the 20th ;)
 
Looks like you launch day lucky ones might have some plane tracking ahead of you. Though there could be a chance they’ll bulk deliver to syncreon in Hinckley and you’ll see progress from then on!

Us 2-3 weekers, we might see order progress around 3rd-7th I’d hazard a guess.

I had my iPad on wifi, my iPhone SE on Vodafone 4G refreshing every flippin second, and the Apple store app only went live for me at about 08:09. Then after everyone saying to make sure you favourite the phone a day or so before so its quicker to select when your ordering. When I clicked on Favourites I got an error box coming up, so had to go in an select the phone which wasted a few seconds I guess, but after I paid with Apple pay I got the conformation email at 08:11. Delivery 13-20 Nov. Which means what exactly, delivery on the 15th Perhaps ?

Unfortunately outlets such as MacRumors and YouTube influencers decided to share the long tried and tested method of preordering via the app meaning it was overloaded. I hadn’t even contemplated using the desktop but it was the only way I managed to get the store up at around 8:05

Well saying that the app is showing delivers 13-20th. Pretty sure is was dispatches before

The silicon case is 1-2 weeks for dispatch

My confirmation was at 8:03 for delivery on launch day. Wonder what the cut off time was...
 
Interesting reading others' differing experiences when pre-orders went live this morning.
For me, I had the website auto-refreshing on the Mac, whilst I repeatedly opened/force-closed the App Store app on my iPhone/iPad.

Nothing was coming to life until the iPad finally got in at 8.05 and it was straight forward from there.
The desktop webpage didn't come online for me for at least 20-25 minutes!
 
Cancelled my CPW order

They're a bunch of vile *****, as someone said on here already

They're probably just taking money now for interest but won't ship for a long time regardless of what they said

There whole cancelling system is so ancient and pathetic, you can tell they don't let you go peacefully.

Kept my apple order and can wait for mid Nov.

Ordered through Three, no hassles whatsoever, Fri 3rd delivery date. Quite happy considering TFL had me late into the office to get online for the pre-order!

That’s pretty similar to the iPhone 7 (non-jet black... they were gone in the first minute) from what I can remember. Seems pretty healthy supply to be fair.
