Apple have been taking the biscuit with prices since brexit. All the UK prices are straight dollar conversions which is a bit naughty as the exchange rate is the same as it was this time last year.
Really? I remember you in last years version of this threadFirst time I've ever actually found it hard to make a definite decision
It seems to have become a growing trend for them to slowly screw over the UK more and more by the year. :/All the UK prices are straight dollar conversions which is a bit naughty as the exchange rate is the same as it was this time last year.
Meant contract prices not the Note 8.
Well I mean I always knew roughly what colour and model but really not sure this timeReally? I remember you in last years version of this thread![]()
.....yea, and then you have the contract price on top of that.
Yeah I've pre-ordered the note 8 because I was expecting atrocious pricing and I was right.Glad I purchased a Galaxy s8 in July.
You have to add 20% VAT but they are still taking the piss. $999 is £902 at todays rate including the VAT.The exchange rate is not exactly 1 to 1 surely those storage prices are wrong!!!!
I'm afraid, as I posted yesterday, I saw this coming.I'm pretty annoyed about the iPhone X pricing in the UK at £999 for 64 ******* GB. Then I looked at the prices for the 8 and I got really mad. Apple truly are taking the absolute piss. I thought they might reduce the price of the 8 slightly if anything but no, they have increased it by ~£100
Note 8 is $949. Not sure what you're complaining about.
I might not be far behind you...Yeah I've pre-ordered the note 8 because I was expecting atrocious pricing and I was right.
Yeah in the UK which is the thread we are in it's £870.
And it looks like a phone from this year.
this is what makes it a joke..Yeah in the UK which is the thread we are in it's £870.
