if Apple say your getting it release day 99.9% you will. Apple pride themselves on customer fulfilment and satisfaction. its the carrier delivery and goblins at CPW you have to watch out for. in my experience, Apple deliver every time.

Even if unopened, it will go back to Apple where it will be opened to make sure you actually sent back an iPhone rather than a re-sealed brick.
Hey! Has anyone changed the status of "order in progress" to pick up the iphone x in store this Friday?
i would get a cheap, but thick silicone gel one, clear or colour. i use one of those for my IP7P in the gym and it can withstand the tredmill shaking in the cup holder ect with no damage at all. very easy to slide off and throw in your bag for next gym day and you can enjoy the design case free on the go
It won't change until Thursday night or Friday morning.

What about at a dpd drop shop place? My deliveries default to one that is round the corner. Would Apple allow that?
My silicon dark olive case has now dispatched. So from being due between 7-14th it’s now delivers on the 3rd!

i did this for the 6, i went on a night out, it was bad, went to my flat, got changed and biked to covent garden around 2AM, managed to get one of the last ones that i wanted
I feel like an idiot for not ordering my saddle brown now. I could have done it on Friday around 11am but they were already estimating 6th Nov, so I figured I would try and nab one at Covent Garden when I go for pickup. Looks increasingly like it would have arrived anyway.
