Sorry for the confusion.

Yes, I already know my parcel will be delivered by DPD (I can see that from the tracking number).

I was asking if it's normal that I haven't received any SMS or email directly from DPD. And I can't see my shipment on the app.

ohhh right sorry, yeah like others have said they release emails and texts at different stages, best bet is just to solely use the DPD tracking website/App to follow your order as that will give you the most upto date information

pretty sure people tried this last year and DPD couldn't fulfil the requests.. people then had the hassle of getting DPD to refund the money.. but you never know!

Same here have the email with the third. Have called twice and two different story's so who knows. The last guy claimed three didn't get any phones at all... to me that sounds ridiculous. Fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Didn't receive any at all? That sounds beyond ridiculous. You would have to think about shutting down your company if Apple showed you that much disdain, you'd be a joke of a telco.

I don't understand why they don't have a portal where you can track your Three confirmation number. Would probably save them a lot of time in responding to people who have pre-ordered wanting to know what's happening.

Ive got UKMail delivering my phone. Never had issues with them on previous launch day deliveries so fingers crossed!

Thats perfectly fine mate. It technically won't be 'dispatched' or 'delivered'. Once you are in store and picked up/paid the phone it will move on.

As long as the date doesn't change - which i am sure it won't - you are good

DPD told me (for my Apple TV 4k) that Apple requested the option not be available... but that might just be BS, and some depots disable it... Either way, it's not uncommon for it to not be available - especially for busy delivery days.

I wonder if iPhone X get foldable pin socket like Apple Watch or still on standard one. I was disappointed iPhone 8 with standard socket.
