busy day tomorrow

get home to wait for iPhone x
go Apple Store and pick up nike series 3 watch
meet mate for drink
cancel contract with three and get the pac code

Be sure to set aside a couple of hours for the last item there, Three can be a nightmare. Probably be better to make that a couple of drinks with your mate.

I have been told (by the Apple Store) that reservations (iUP) and pick ups (pre-orders paid online) will have a separate queue at Apple Stores and that you will not be allowed to enter until your time slot and that the process will be very streamlined.

I don't suppose anyone with a UK Mail delivery has looked in to changing their delivery address? Does it change the delivery date?

sweet, my Dark Olive Silicon Case has been delivered after having an initial estimate of 7-14th Nov.

now if I had a phone to put in it..

Did anyone order from Argos? I tried to cancel my order after the email said January delivery, but the order still appeared on my account. I contacted them again and they confirmed it had been cancelled. Then I got a text to confirm it was cancelled. But I just got a text today saying my order would be dispatched soon...

Sounds like a load of us have just had a UK Mail text. I was hoping to see if it was possible to request an early delivery, but can't work out how to do it...
I don't think you can do that with UK Mail, they give a 1 hr slot which you can see tomorrow morning and then you can ask for it to be left with a neighbour or rescheduled to another day but not another time.

Ah, that's a shame. I was hoping to get it before 9-9:30am as I'm off on a stag weekend and otherwise won't get to use it till Sunday. Quite the "first world problem" to have haha :)

Well despite being told yesterday by CPW that I was definitely getting it on the 10th, they've just emailed me with a DPD tracking link. Only issue is that it doesn't work (yet?) Does this mean I'm back in luck?

So the shopping mall where I’m picking up my iPhone from at the 3 store has said that the 3 store is opening at 8am tomorrow.

So maybe this is a sign that the orders will be delivered in time?

Depending on the nature of the Stag weekend it might be better not to have it and rely on grainy old pictures from your old iPhone ;-)

Sorry for the confusion.

Yes, I already know my parcel will be delivered by DPD (I can see that from the tracking number).

I was asking if it's normal that I haven't received any SMS or email directly from DPD. And I can't see my shipment on the app.
I'm in the same position. The delivery IS showing on the DPD website, I just haven't had text or email from DPD. I ordered the iPhone X on the app which, for some random reason, put my work email address and home phone number in the order (rather than home email and mobile which are set in the app AND get included in online store orders). For some reason I can't add my work email address to the DPD app. Anyway, the delivery address on Apple.com is correct and I can track via the DPD website so I'm not worried.

I would guess it's UKMail's sorting facility at their HQ in Ryton south of Coventry which is only about 30 mins from Hinkley?

Yes, it’s Ryton. Google Maps only picks up a Ryton way up north past Middlesbrough... which makes no sense for me logistically, haha.
