Yeah, I switched bank to Natwest purely because of the HSBC app!

I did the same with Lloyds to Natwest.

I have to use it as I work for them.

It’s worth noting that Face ID worked on the app even though it hasn’t been updated for the X.

It is constantly changing by the second, you will need to be patient and constantly refresh. Has gone in and out about 4 times since my last post, varying models

So relieved not to have cancelled my Apple order, it's annoying but I would be furious if I had. Just goes to show you can't trust everything you read on the internet...

Places an order with JL this morning that went through. Order status hasn't changed to dispatched though like a few others on here - lets hope it all goes through okay!

Try JL site in chrome works better than safari if using an iPad. Could not get through on Safari earlier today but managed to order using Chrome.

The HSBC making app is garbage. Every time I get a new phone the digital secure doesn't work and you have to waste time phoning them up to reset it. Pure garbage.

Oh great, I have that to look forward to AGAIN do I? Terrific, I’m so going to be moving banks soon. It even happened when they just updated the app.

Keep checking JL and it shows 1 or 2 in stock but they go rather quickly.

Guess I will just wait until the 13-20!

I noticed that the order status on the app shows it as processing and due to collect tomorrow. The tracking link they sent in the confirmation email showed mine as dispatched at 2.16pm

Yeah I assumed the stock fluctuations are failed orders etc

After A LOT of refreshing and trying about 20 times I have an order confirmation with John Lewis.. it seems they’re filtering small bits of stock through (64GB only).

Need to complete the payment process quickly though as it doesn’t seem to hold the stock until payment. I set up my account and payment details before checkout to make the process quicker.

Fingers crossed they actually deliver!

Launch date could’ve moved if there were production problems. That is the keynote date though
