I Could not fault UK Mail to be honest yesterday, Tracking worked well, for me. However the only details about the delivery with the tracking number was via apple email. no problem.
Here’s an interesting one...
Two brand new 10s... not made any phone calls yet and in “Mobile Data” Settings, the Lifetime call time for mine is 0 minutes (as expected), the girlfriend’s is at 1h 8 minutes.
Thoughts?

I had a failed launch day a few years ago and, despite me thinking it had gone wonky when the tracking didn’t show, I still waited all day for nothing. Had to wait until Monday then to get hold of it so fingers crossed for you!
Fingers crossed it’s not Monday for me! It’s a pretty horrible experience waiting all day. More so after the delivery time slot cos you are on edge after that. Made a small complaint to Apple chat about it and they said they will investigate it further with the mailing company and a specialist will get back to me.
So the TSB app works with FaceID? I’m still having to log inAnyone using the TSB app - the trick previously mentioned here about other banking apps where you delete then reinstall has worked for me after a quick ‘this app is not optimised for FaceID’ notice
Happened to me with the 6.
Was at work and waiting for delivery via UKMail... didn’t happen, so waited in car at work from 5-8. Nothing! I was fuming, despite tweets and info from UKMail saying it *would* be delivered.
Then I’m told it’s Monday.
I phoned Apple and got the apologies and that they would investigate.
I think that year, the daily reservations opened for the following morning at 11pm, so snagged one for the Saturday and cancelled my original release-day order.
Love how Argos are so apologetic for their royal f*** up, not!
Just picked up from JL love it silver looks great. Got a cheap clear case from JL until I can get to Apple store. Love the size.
While they don’t get commission, AC+ targets are definitely a real thing. Launch day of a new product with expensive repair bills = perfect time to push it.
I had my order confirmation at 8.02, so I guess it was first come, first served. Hopefully that estimate comes down for you!
Just received email & text from JL informing me my 64GB SG I’d ready for collection from local store. Ordered at 15:00 yesterday.

Nope, was setup as a new phone, (other than iCloud stuff post-setup). And she's most certainly used her previous iP6 more than 68 mins.
It may have been randomly tested in the factory.
I remember on my Apple Watch it had activity from 2 days a week before I got it

Oh how wrong you are! They disappointed me 100% yesterday - from their website crumbling to the misinformation by their call centre, and the uncaring attitude of their customer services. They were a absolute shambles in their processes leaving me without an X at any point in the foreseeable. First time I’ve not had the new phone on launch day in 9 years
