How are you seeing this info? It just says "COMING SOON We’ll have this ready to order shortly." on their website.

We got positive feedback on the Argos tracker for AirPods but you could buy online.
We just enabled it yesterday, no feedback yet for the X.
Please check in case it is AirPods stock, because it shows over 300 stores have stock!

Just had an email from Argos, the body of it is copied below:
"We have recently received orders from you for the Sim Free iPhone X Mobile Phone .We are sorry to advise you that due to an on going stock issue we will now be limiting this item to 1 per customers.

This has resulted in one of your orders that had to be cancelled and a full refund has now been issued.

Please be assured that we do take stock availability seriously as this is an integral part of our business. Our stock control team make every effort to ensure that sufficient stock is held of all our products, although this may not always be possible and all items are subject to availability."

Clearly a standard email, as I cancelled the order on friday

That’s probably what’s happening. The Touch ID worked just fine in the app on my 7 Plus. There doesn’t seem to be any option to use Face ID as a replacement in the app on my iPhone X. So I’m thinking HSBC has disabled it as the app is detecting I have an iPhone X.

I’m with First Direct which is essentially HSBC. The app is pretty much identical. FaceID works with no issue in the app.

Be careful with that.

We're manual checking, keeping you posted. But our source could give a positive and still nothing available.
Their official API actually has the X as "in stock" for online buy...

I've just checked the local Argos and it has the 64Gb and 256Gb SG iPhone X as available, but with 4-5 day pickup time. The silver models are still listed as out of stock. It is on iStockNow as being in stock, so perhaps Argos is setting the SG models as available in stores instead of being out of stock?

I can't get through to my local stores and the stock checker/reservations system doesn't allow you to stock check or reserve anything over £1000, maybe I should just go have a look for myself

I got a pickup at Apple Whitecity for the iPhone X between 4 and 4:30. Has anyone had any luck changing the reservation time or going in far later and not losing the phone?

Thank you

From the past years:
Pick up is kept for days/weeks
Reservations should be kept for a couple of hours. You may give the store a call.
[doublepost=1509978555][/doublepost]Thanks for the feedback guys, we're considering disabling Argo for the X.

Have you tried deleting then re downloading the app like the NatWest fix???
