Mine is still on Order in Progress but Apple has put hold of £2,298 on my account. So I expect it to change to dispatched by the end of today

I ordered at 09.29 on 27/10.... I initially had a Dec 4 date, been pushed forward to Nov 24th - Dec 1st - Too optimistic to expect this next week (By 17th Nov) quite possibly one week in advance of the 24th Nov date they have provided? SG 64GB...09.29 surely can't be in the same bucket as orders two days later, or maybe they are...

How does it take for DPD to take control of the delivery?
12:14 I got the shipment is underway email but nothing on DPD app or apple link as yet to confirm DPD have it & more importantly when they are going to deliver tomorrow! inpatient!!

From past experience working with DPD, apple generates the labels first, and when DPD picks up the shipment and scan it, this is when it will show in their systems

Same here, except mine was 08:11 and got dispatch email at 10:11 - so looks like they were waiting for 256gb silvers..

Seems like a few people are now in the same situation. Although mine isn’t a 256GB so maybe the 64GB are shipping after, money taken and I’m on preparing for shipment, not sure how long it’s been on this tho as i didn’t check early this morning.

how long (on average) does it take to go from preparing to dispatch (and taking out the money) to it being dispatched? I'm guessing tomorrow, if that's the case i don't think i will get it Monday (my estimated was 13th-20th) as it will be Friday tomorrow.

Wow that’s quick, when I’ve ordered iPhone’s in the past it’s taken a few days with tracking and stuff. If that’s what happens with mine I might get it on Monday then after all.

This year they phones have shipped and become trackable from within the uk. We’ve all be holding on the previous few days wondering when they were going to ship from China, looks like they did just that but not direct to us via UPS as in previous years.

There’s not much to track with syncreon. That’s just the central depot in hinkey where apple’s shipments from China arrive. From there they’ll get allocated a courier ( this point you’ll get a ‘dispatched’) and then later collected and at this point you should be able to track with your courier.

I have an 8:20 confirmation. 64GB Silver. Still says Order In Progress.
Originally had 27th-4th Delivery, which changed to 24th-1st.

Looks like 8:15 phones are preparing for delivery. Hopefully less than 1 week wait for me!

Got an email to say my phone was available (upgrading though the iup)

I booked a reservation in store to collect for tomorrow and stupidly I’ve not realised I can’t make the time I booked.

If I just turn up later this evening and explain the situation will they give it to me?

Anyone else advise with this ^
